    7 1/3 with no hit, taken out. I get it's a close game but this is what's wrong with the MLB these days. They should have let him finish. This is why Nolan Ryan's record of 7 no hitters will never be broken.

    It's absolutely incredible how they'll ruin a game over pitch counts. Completely baseless. Guys used to throw 120+ in games, and now managers will risk games over 90 pitches. Insane and I hate it

    Kidz Bop 38 is Straight FIRE!! bruh calm down look at the situation sometimes. im a dback fan and our rookie pitcher alex young this season went 6 or 7 innings of near no hit ball (maybe even no hit ball I don’t remember) but he was taken out do to his limited starting pitcher experience, as he had only thrown over 80 pitches once in his minor league career. thats just one example.

    big brother what he’s saying is that pitchers used to pitch wayyyyy more pitches. Nolan Ryan threw 13 complete no hit innings once. (Over 200 pitches)

    Cardinals player at the beginning was the best. I watched that game live and I remember. It would have been better though if he could of pitched a full game, but his pitch count was so high

    owen snudden I was there, dude was throwing heat. My reds kicked the relievers ass in the 9th though. He probably would’ve no hit us if they kept him in, regardless of pitch count

    Where’s Starlin Castro? First career hit was a 3 run homer then following that AB had a bases clearing triple. 6 RBI major league debut. Most RBI’s in a debut in the modern era

    Steven Matz was dominant in his Major League debut. He went 3-3 at the plate driving in 4 runs to help himself and only allowed 2 runs over 7 innings.

    Brian Downing, He played for the Chicago White Sox. For his first major league hit he got an inside the park home run with no errors at Tiger stadium in Detroit. Just a perfect hit in exactly the right spot.

    Chapman is an absolute freak of nature. He releases the ball like a foot closer to the plate than other pitchers which is why he can throw so fast
