this video is a great synthesis of pretty much all the disparate info I’ve found on youtube and reddit. you’re awesome for making this!!
I have read through a lot of these types of videos and articles; Kaplan keeps on being recommended the most. Thanks! You put out great content!
Thank you. Have been binge watching videos to come up with a comprehensive study plan and this seems to be the most effective one. All the best 💯
This is the most helpful video I’ve watched. THANK YOU
This video is a masterpiece; everything that I was looking for on different channels is mentioned in this video. Thanks for your time and effort the video was really helpful.
Straight facts!!! Love and agree with these tips so much
SUPERB!!!!!Very detailed and informative!!!!! 100% AMUST WATCH!!!!!
Thank you for your in-depth analysis of the resources
this video is amazing bro, you're amazing.
Great video helped me a lot. I might also add Khan academy is removing its MCAT content by September 2021, so if y'all are in a rush y'all might wanna start of early on those videos and material.
This is an awesome video. Thanks for making good free content. I have to disagree with you slightly on the CARS practice content. 3rd party CARS questions tend not to ever get close to how the AAMC asks the questions. I think the AAMC Question Packs, despite being made for the old exam, still show CARS questions representatively and most importantly: how the AAMC asks them.
Fantastic video my man. I do not have time to make my own anki flashcards (I can for some by not thousands). Using Kaplan books with anki sounds amazing.
very helpful info! Thanks
Nice video!!
Thank you!
Make an Anki video! Ive been making my own decks but id love a more in depth explanation of it
Excellent video
Thank u for this video…I wish that u succeed in every hardship u find in med school and life….
subscribed. you rock.
Thanks for the information man! It's a big help! What do you think about the Kaplan Live Online course? A lot of people say it is the best now. I'm a pre-med grad but I graduated 8 years ago. Needless to say I need the best one!
subscribed!
Nice video.
Thanks for the great tips! What do you think of MCATselfprep?
Thanks to KZread’s algorithm I landed here. Thanks for the advice! Since yesterday I have been very overwhelmed wondering how was I going to read every book and have time for myself. I will take this exam on September. I already took a diagnostic test.

Glad it was helpful, definitely not necessary to read all the books, good luck!
Hi. Ujwal. Great video. I have completely physiotherapy 10 years ago. Which one would be great resources to prepare for mcat? I would prefer practice questions and answers with logical reasoning.
Do you have any opinions on Berkeley review books
Which Anki deck did you use for content review? I do not think that Miledown follows the kaplan books. Did you use jack sparrow by any chance?
Could you link the deck you used yourself while preparing??
I have a question, my weakest area is probably mathematical physics, but it has around a 10% chance of showing up on the actual test. Should I still focus all my time on the weakest area, but expand high-yield questions among psych, bio, and chem? I agree though, biochemistry was huge when I was taking the FLs.
Did you ever come across Blueprint Prep (formerly Nextstep prep)? If so, do you think they’re good for practice?
@UjwalsMe
3 жыл бұрын
Hey! I never used Nextstep prep, mainly because I felt there were other resources that gave me more than enough practice. I would turn to other resoures after you have exhausted resources such as AAMC practice questions and UWorld practice tests. I hope that helps!
So if you finish all of your practice tests from AAMC a month and a half before your exam, what do you do in the remaining time? Is that when you would recommend doing the non-essential stuff?
What is your opinion on BluePrint review?
So I should buy the Kaplan books and anki. Then use aamc and u world online for practice tests ??
Do you qualify for medschools without biology subjects in ur premed?
How much does the Jack Westin content cost? All I see is a full, MCAT CARS course which is 1,000 dollars.
Anki
how do you think uworld CARS is compared to jack westin?
@UjwalsMe
4 жыл бұрын
Personally, I found both to be well representative compared to other resources, but if I had to choose, I’d say UWorld is slightly better
Kaplan FL easier than Real thing ???? Consensus seems to be the opposite.
So wait, don’t take notes - use Anki instead?
Good morning sir, Myself Sakshi n I m from a small town in India.. N I really want to prep for MCAT PLZZ suggest me from where I should start n how.. Ur help means a lot sir🙏

Would you say KA is the most comprehensive source for content review? I say this bc I have time before my mcat date and want to almost relearn all the subjects for the mcat

I was planning on doing only KA and Anki for CR and then following your practice phase (AAMC material>UWorld...).

Hey! Khan Academy is one of the most comprehensive resources and you can't go wrong in going through it entirely. Only problem is that it goes through a lot of details in some places, making it a time sink. For that reason, Kaplan seemed to be the best for having a balance in covering what you need to know in less time. Other than that one change, your plan to use Anki and then transition to the practice phase appears solid to me!

Ujwals Med the only reason I was thinking KA would be better than Kaplan is bc the videos follow the AAMC outline and all the videos are in order of the content categories listed in the outline. But Kaplan does seem to be the more time efficient of the two.thanks for your input!

@@arqumabdullah2462 I don't get how you think Kaplan is more time efficient. I switched to Khan academy because for me I felt like watching videos all day was just a better way to learn compared reading endlessly.
I have that shirt
I had to stop watching bc the pronunciation of anki annoyed me
