Thats the same as saying vw is fast because it's the father of Bugatti. Rolls royce is seperate. Just because it's owned doesn't mean they share technology 100%.

They're even copying the same marketing ways and mechanics, that Lexus used back then. That's precisely what Lexus did before, to combine all the best attributes of the different brands in one car. Which gave birth to the first ever LS. So literally your formula is wrong above, and should be g90 + a8 + bmw + benz + ... = LS There's a video " The billion dollars gamble of Toyota " which refer to creation of Lexus and their first car the LS.
