The last step/armature could very easily allow for the item to tilt slightly back, and 'roll' the package into the end place. Very little editing involved, but better delivery of payload.

I never fail to marvel at people who upon being presented an inventive idea or solution immediately see the improvement that would make it better. I suggest to them, first come up with your own practical application and improve upon it. Don't rain on other's parade. Of course the inventor sees your solutions as well but the consideration of when to stop improving upon the original idea to make a working model is enough to show others allows the invention to come to light.

I don't have dimensions ready. I will tell you what I did. Go to description and open Animation video link. On the video select a best front view and make a screenshot. Open it in pictures viewer and select the size you want on the monitor. Copy dimensions with the ruler. Easy? It works
