I’m a truck driver so listen to more games then I get to watch and I love listening to Kevin Harlan broadcast a game the best ever! Especially with cat!!!!

Timberwolves fans will remember him best from the 90s when he was paired with Trent Tucker. Those two were right up there with Madden/Summerall as one of the all-time best announcer duos ever.

I approve this. With turner having the league rights now, they should put him on some games. Not the top ones though. Not that I don't like Harlan, but Kenny Albert have earned his spot as a top caller, doing good games and big games for many years now

From 1985-1993 he was the voice of the Kansas City Chiefs, still lives here.

Kevin Harlan 1 of my favorite announcers of all time

His "OH HE BROKE HIS ANKLES. HE IS HOUDINI" Should be added to this.

He added some awesome calls last season. "OHHH, HE BROKE HIS ANKLES" and "I'M CALLIN' BOTH GAMES" come to mind.

Kept hearing this guy's voice game after game thinking wow that's probably the greatest sports commentator voice and style ever. Did a bit of searching and got the name. Kevin Harlan, your voice, humor, descriptiveness and clearly honest forthright enthusiasm is absolutely contagious. You could make a commercial for kitchen appliances sound exciting. ;-)

As a Canadian, listening to Kevin Harlan on the Westwood One broadcast we would get on our local sports station was what got me into the NFL. The man could commentate just about anything. What a voice.

Probably the 2nd most recognized voice in all sports, just behind the great Marv Albert!

My favorite? TOUCH-DOWN! KAN-SAS CITY! Heard it all my life :D

One of the best I've seen is when he's calling a Chiefs game but is also doing play by play of the Miami New England game. When asked by the color commentator which game he was calling he yells "I'M CALLING THEM BOTH!" Harlan and Verne Lundquist were/are my favorites. Al Michaels too.
