I recommended the manyo bifida serum to my dad who has been suffering from rosacea for basically his whole adult life and his skin is looking soooo good now 😍 Although it could just be the fact that his entire skincare routine before was washing his face with shampoo in the morning 😂

I got the skin1004 in the Stylevana favorites box. Accidentally burned my hand on the foreman grill, put a drop on the burn and it took the sting away immediately. Great for your face but also when your body needs a little help ❤

I don’t think the manyo bifida will ever be out of my routine !! It’s so amazing really helps boost my skin barrier’s health !

I fluffin love the bifida biome serum, but I prefer the Purito Centella over the Skin 1004 bc of all the other good peptides and green tea in there, although skin 1004's pro-bio cica face cream looks amazing though.

I've always gotten the smaller size and I find it a decent size and it lasts me a while ( even using it twice a day ) I can only imagine a BIG the larger bottle is lol That's why I stick with the smaller size, it takes up less space. But it really is a wonderful product. It's not a product that you use and it instantly takes irritation away but it helps prevent it. I deal with redness and my skin can easily get irritated. Just taking a shower will irritate my skin. Since I started using this, redness and irritation isn't a problem like it was for me. It's a product you don't know how good it works until you stop using it.

I wanted to love the manyo bifida ampoule so bad but while it was good to me for about 1 bottle, it suddenly started to irritate me and actually gave me a full blown allergic reaction (hives all over my face!). I swapped to the Isntree TW-Real Bifida Ampoule and have had 0 issues since, it feels more soothing to me and a bit more luxurious in texture, but I don't see people rave about it nearly as much

Cos de Baha Azelaic serum has been my go-to. I repurchased it at least 3 times. I have the manyo bifida next in line after I finish the TO Copper Peptides serum.

I have been using skin1004's probio cica ampoule to basically have one product that does 2 things (barrier support and calming/soothing) but the manyo has been tempting me for a while 🙈 I'll decide what to do when I finish it

I also love K-Beauty and serums so I was excited to hear your 2023 faves, and the Manyo bifida biome complex was on my bingo card! I got that serum after your video about it, and I like it as well, although I can't say I've seen a huge difference in my skin? I use it twice daily anI like the idea that it's strengthening my skin barrier even if I don't have a dramatic difference. With my dry skin going into the winter months I can use the all the help I can get!

Hi Alice, you’re so right about Azelaic Acid. We have OTC 20% Azelaic Acid here in Australia, brand name: Azclear. I used the whole tube & I didn’t see any noticeable improvement on my acne/acne scars. I read some comments saying that you need to finish 2-3 tubes to see any difference, oh dear Lord 😳🥴😂

I used Azclear for about 6 months before switching to Finacea 15% and I actually love the Finacea soooo much more! It's SO much more cosmetically elegant; and is more like a gel so it sits beautifully on the skin without pilling or interfering with other products like Azclear. I highly recommend trying Finacea even though it's at a lower concentration. I've had better results with Finacea despite it being 15%!

I remember when I damaged my skin barrier from microdermabrasion, my skin was so painful I could not even touch it or cleanse it. I used to drench it in that Skin 1004 ampoule and then cake on the LRP cicaplast and my skin got better after two weeks of that. It was an extremely painful time, but loved that serum, helped so much. I used us two of those Manyo serums and quite liked it, I have used a few different Manyo products and quite like that brand. I recently bought the RNW one after you and Kelly also recommended it

Alice! Hi! The man:yo Bifida ampoule looks really good. It’s funny because what’s posted is different on Amazon and I was like oh! there’s no way I’m buying this because I seen algin high on the list which you know I have a sensitivity to, and it breaks me out badly so I avoid it like the plague at a high concentration but since this is at the bottom of the list.. I’m definitely interested! Yes hahah I know what you mean about attributing a scent to something that has worked well for your skin. That’s how I feel about tamanu oil.

Would you say Numbuzin n3 serum is a "dupe" for the Manyo Bifida Serum?

My top 3 K Beauty serums are the Skin1004 Centella Ampoule, Wishtrend Cera Barrier Soothing Ampoule and RNW Ceramide serum. But I have to say as far as serums goes, K Beauty doesn't win in that category for me. But....When it comes to essences ....K Beauty for the WIN 🏆 I use quite a few Korean essences and I will never go without any of them. I recently started using The Ordinary Multi Peptide plus Hyaluronic Acid Serum and O M G ....I'm so impressed with what it's doing for my skin. I got the dreaded tec neck and I've been really self conscious about it. It already looks so much better since using the Ordinary multi peptide serum. I can honestly say as far as wrinkles goes this is the first product I've noticed ( not just a difference ) but a HUGE difference.

​@@liviusssI just started using the ordinary multi peptide plus hyaluronic acid serum and I'm so impressed with this product 👏 I'm already seeing improvements with my tec neck. I really like Timeless Matrixyl Synthe 6 Serum and their Coenzyme q10 Serum. Paulas Choice has some really good serums. I like both their Resist line serums. They're pricey but a bottle last quite some time and both have stellar ingredients list. I find Korean serums help with hydration, soothing and moisturizing but not so much for anti aging.

6:27 Alice can you tell me if you used this morning and night? And i mean rn where does fit in your routine- as opposed to when you were testing it.

You know you watch a lot of Alice when you watch this video and realize you already have all products but one… and i’m going to buy it right this moment 😂. Love all of them, love you and your vids Alice!

Hi Alice. Yup, my favorite serum is now Sulwhoosoo serum for dry aging skin and RNW T- serum to combat acne breakout. 😅 I need to purchase a backup of RNW serum again since it's 1/3 bottle left. The Skin1004 centella asiatica serum also serves me well when my skin is super sensitive and irritated during breakout. As for the comments you share with your partner, I can also identify with since we have felt the strange case of humor in turning older. 😂

@@nedaas1239 I usually get it from their Amazon storefront when they have a sale, my last order does show "upgraded." The smell is strong, but it doesn't linger. I haven't noticed a difference in how it smells vs previous bottles. It has never caused any kind of irritation for me.

I dont think im able to afford the Manyo Bifida Ampoule atm so before i try those ive already bought and tried the minis of Skin1004 Probio-cica toner and ampoule (cost less, more stuff after discounts from where i buy them lol). Would love to really see them compared tho

Manyo is on the more pricey side. That's why I haven't tried it either.

How to use manyo befida biome complex ampoule....is it a hyalauric acid.....should i replace hyaluronic acid and use this one acid...???

Question for Rd Ginseng has anyone tried the Beauty of Joseon or any other more affordable option? I just don't know if I am ready to spend so much in an essence. Hi Alice, 😮😮.. after watching your video on copper peptides I went on a hunt to see if I could find a " less" expensive to the NIOD one. Well, I found an " alternative" from a brand called Niche beauty lab ( I think they are based in EU and have Free shipping to the US).... they have kind of the DECIEM vibe... In my opinion worth checking out.... In any case, from the ingredient stand point they don't seem bad at all. I bought the copper peptides serum and their 15% azeleic acid ( also my favourite ingredient) and their .1% retinal serum....we" ll see.. I agree with you, I also use some ampules as Toner/ essence depending on their consistency.... specially in the winter; I have to say the one from skin 1004 Centella is one of my favourites for calming my skin before a retinal evening...😊😊😊😊 Always a pleasure watching your videos!!!

Alice one more thing have you heard of oneskin? they only sell 5 products with their focus being on the peptide OS-O1 peptide. They claim this is the only peptide scientifically recognized and proven to reverse skins biological age.

Initial thoughts: I really wish brands would stop using “complex” to “disclose” percentages - this is what throws people off. They aren’t actually disclosing peptide concentrations (peptides have verrrry low use levels) It does look nice, but I would only consider it in one of their BOGO sales haha! As for oneskin, keep in mind their claims are once again manufacturer data (so the same situation with peptides I describe in the video!) - I’d love to hear from people who have tried it though. I do think there’s more to peptides, but I hate dropping a TON of money on them before we have good peer reviewed lit. Hence why I’m happy with my Haruharu 2GF, the ordinary multi peptide, etc!

I totally trashed the RNW terp serum 🤣 I couldn't stand the smell never used it so it went bad but I knew u would love it just like the ceramide + serum. Thanks Alice now I'm about to order the Manyo bifada serum it's onsale on iherb I think only like 10% it's 28$ O I never saw Manyo at my Targets I thought they came to instore at Target. I used the EL tint yesterday I wasn't super impressed at first but later that day it looked amazing and I used a different primer with it today the Merritt serum and it looked really good. So that's my update on my 2 time use 😆 o my sk11 is in Myrtle Beach at the sorting facility and it will be here tomorrow so not a super long wait . I really wish I knew SV had the Iope stem111 ampoule instock, I would have order that too. Looks like they changed the packaging made it smaller and raised the price FIGURES!!

Sadly, we don’t get that information. However, I know that Sulwhasoo (and others) are doing a LOT of research with that ingredient, but not sharing as I wish they would lol (Lab Muffin’s most recent video covers this issue of “secret” research!)

Hey dude, whazzzzup? 😜😄😁 I totally agree with you on Skin1004 Centella Ampoule, that it is one of the best soothing skincare products in k-beauty. Love it ❤! I use it together with Missha's Artemisia Calming Essence (mist). They both sooth and help me almost instantly to reduce redness on my skin. Everytime you mention Manyo Bifida ampoule I do my research on it and look also other reviews 😃. It looks pretty good and it's maybe time to purchase it next time in my yesstyle order 😊. Ahhhh man, I'm soooo easy to buy anything that sounds intriguing 😃. But I also have to give you kudos that most products that works for your skin, works for mine too, so I trust your opinions. And eventhou I have normal but sensitive skin and no acne, some of your favourites are mine too. It has maybe something to do with that your dry skin favours similar type of products as my sensitive skin. Some actives I can't use as much as you do. But if I get pimples (usually those big hormonal ones...yay...🙄) my approach is like yours that gentle is the way to get rid of them, harshness makes them only irritated. But usually my skin is too sensitive to tolerate them and either a) gets an allergic reaction to the adhesive used in them or b) my skin starts to peele under the whole area covered with patch because it can't breathe properly. Same reactions happen when I get blisters from using new shoes and try to cover them with hydrocolloid blister patches. There have been few rare occasions when my skin has tolerated a pimple patch (usually on my back) and didn't react badly, and I get why they are such a great invention 🏆. Kids these days have so many choices of excellent products to take care of their skin. When I was a teenager, it was Clearasil and that's it 😂. Tg at least now in my "mature" skin era there are also great choices for people over 40s 😊.

You definitely can layer! The general “rules” are: thinnest to thickest, and actives first (actives on dry skin, as moist skin increases absorption-sounds good on paper, but sometimes you don’t want that with ingredients that might irritate). Hope that helps!

I can't speak for Alice, but I have very sensitive skin and only applied this serum on my chin (which is not as sensitive as the rest of my face) and yes I did find it dying and a bit irritating... Not sure if I should continue using it, I stopped it for the moment.

I do not find it drying although I will note: I don’t use a lot of it at a time. It seems that a small amount is all I need to use, so I’ve never tried to go heavy handed!

10% azelaic acid had definitely help fade my sunspots. Can’t get the 20% without a Rx in the US unfortunately

Which do you like more, in terms of results, the peach slices AZA or the cos de baha? I’m on my second bottle of the peach slices I use it almost daily some days twice a day and I’m not seeing it so anything.

Funny enough, I actually use those two differently. The peach slices is more creamy and I like to apply it as a second serum, while Cos de Baha is gel like, thus I typically apply it immediately after toner. So I almost want to say CDB is stronger, but it might be impacted by either the way I apply it or the nature of the product itself?

I much prefer peach slices’ texture! However, I think they both work, most likely to roughly the same efficacy

If I have allergies with tea tree oil , is ok to use rnw?😢

Hard to answer as 4-terpineol is a part of tea tree oil, BUT also a part of other EOs. I’d say you could patch test it or try to get a sample (they do have a mini!)

I don't trust ma:nyo since I bought their masks on a trip to Tokyo. I used Google translate to check the packaging and it said "vegan masks". When I got home I translated the ingredients and it said it contains fish. Ew
