My fav thing about bioshockn2 was the fact that after u get jump scared you quickly remember you ARE the thing to be scared of 😂

You can see the shadow on the wall at 0:31, very nice detail.

Its even worse when you were young teenager and secretly played bioshock 2 and found this jumpscare more scary than fnaf jumpscares

I remember facing the Spider Splicers in BIOSHOCK 2 for the first time, and it made me jump a bit. The irony is that all of them were male, unlike in the first BIOSHOCK where there were male and female Spider Splicers coming after you.

I can see Spider splicers coming, the regular ones get the jump on me without fail. I just pop the shotgun in the Spider's face

Having played the first game, i expected there would be a jumpscare so i put some trap rivets and heard how the splicer died behind me 💀

Playing Bioshock 2 again since i last played it in 2020. I frickin love Bioshock 1 & 2 so ive been having a playing experiencing things again, these jumpscare moments are almost engrained into memory, especially the Bioshock 1 ones from the medical pavilion... this game series just makes me not trust what could be behind me.

I agree. I really wanted to like infinite but I just couldn't get into it. I will probably give it another try soon but nothing beats the setting of Rapture

I got jumpscared by a unintentional jumpscare like a few days ago i was just chilling walking to get sander cohens pictures fighting some splicer i walk through a door and i realize this isnt where i need to go i turn around boom a splicer like 1 inch away from my face

For me it was creepy when you’d immediately backtrack and see a bunch of “dead” splicers everywhere that suddenly appeared…

Bioshock and Silent Hill 2 taught me to never trust the bathrooms.

you can’t just barge into the ladies restroom like that and not expect someone to get mad smh

Its like the one on bioshock 1, but in there the light show off, and you got teleported, here it just spaw an enemy

Yeah in medical bay, there is a room with a tonic on a table and when you reach it to grab, the fog active and he's behind you. The worst part is that he doesn't attack you but wait until you turn around to scare the f*** out of your souls.

I just beat this game like 4 days ago and I won’t lie this totally got me and I’m a horror game enthusiast. It was just so out of nowhere compared to the other “jump scares” 😂😅
