I know, I feel like every time I dig deeper into a resource, something more helpful and interesting pops up, and I can't believe how much is actually out there!

Not an online one that I know of, but Amazon has some interesting results if you search “baskisches wörterbuch”, and there is a good Basque - German grammar, Baskische Grammatik, which you can search for a PDF for free.
