Good for you carol. I’m 67 and still have a great figure, simply by paying lots of attention to my diet along with exercise. I concentrate on skin care and use a little makeup. I have very fine hair so in order to make myself feel more confident I did something about it. I went along to the hairdressers and had some beautiful extensions put in. Best thing I ever did😉. One has to help oneself in any way one can. Sometimes I get out of bed in a morning thinking oh I can’t be bothered to make myself up today but I make myself. I spray on a little perfume and apply my favourite lipstick and then I am set up for the day. I know I am very lucky in being able to get some movement on a daily basis because a lot of people are not which must be awful and I sympathise. All the best.🇬🇧
