Advanced technology with the push of a button. Would like to have a oscilloscope handy myself. Not heavy or bulky in any way shape or form. Fits in my everyday life and storage compartments. Like how the button would make a sound like that each time. Is to indicate accuracy along with accurate numbers while dialing.

This device attempts to be a DMM and a scope, but I would not advise it for a beginner. Looks cheaply built and in my opinion it fails to be a good DMM and a scope. For a DMM you want confidence in measurement and protection. A DMM is supposed to be safe, rugged and the batteries are supposed to last a long time. This DMM with its backlit screen fails to have a long battery life, and the cheap build also cramming oscilloscope alongside it I doubt provides ruggedness. It also most likely fails to have proper protection. Things like clearances and spark gabs are important in DMMs and I don't see how they can achieve that with also having Oscilloscope front ends implemented. Which can make the DMM quite dangerous around high voltages. For instance you could damage the front end and fail to detect high voltage during your troubleshooting session. As an oscilloscope it's quite limited as well, as 50 mega samples per second is quite low. Today's entry level scopes offer more than 1 gigasample per second sampling rate. For a beginner, I would suggest getting a proper DMM, and saving up a bit more and getting a proper scope.

And to what is your background so I know I can believe what you say as you do not seam to have a real scope to compare to, of which leads me to believe you know nothing about scopes and your shill of this scope could more so be the worst scope there is, but hey its cheap.
