Keep it up man! It's a tough game to play, embrace the losses and have fun with it.

What I didn't really understand early on was many attachments need a second attachment to be used. So that sight you found? You can't use it without a mount. That suppressor? You need a barrel adapter. Those NVGs? You need an adapter and a mount. And often those adapters and mounts aren't available at level 1 & 2 traders, so you can either overpay to buy them on the flea market, save them for "later" or sell them. Even now, I sometimes find it difficult to determine possible options - e.g. I wanted a silenced shotgun for Spa Tour 2 & Punisher 2. I eventually started with the suppressors on the wiki and worked backwards. And it doesn't help when "linked items" only shows the items which are directly connected. So if you have to link from a shotgun barrel to find the VOMZ.

That's how actual guns work. It's awesome its in a game. Makes builds very personal and realistic.

@@JohnRambozx7r Yes, it's certainly how attachments work in the real world. But it can be frustrating for a new player who isn't familiar with the mechanic.

For the vpo you can use a supressor from lvl1 skier and for the aks74u u can use a better muzzle device

Personally I prefer the VPO-136 to the AKM with a PK-06 or MRS sight (and bring a Pilad to handle sniper scavs). But excellent recommendations non the less.

You can use the pp-19 vityaz pistol grips on most ak’s and for the vpo, the 366 supressor for the gornosky threads right on once removing the thread protector.

Actually for aks74u build you can use ak74 flash hider, it is better than default aksu flashhider

Hey this video is cool, but could you update it for this wipe, there have been some store changes and I would love to see an up to date guide!

I personally would hold off on the AKS build til after prapor 2 where you can get 545 PP which has similar stats to 762 ps unless it's a fresh wipe 545 ps is gonna be very hard to justify with the higher recoil.

It's a shame when you just right click MP5 and search for related items none of those come up

The Kedr is a great overlooked SMG option. It has a fast fire rate, uses cheap ammo, and legs people super quickly. It's cheap from Prapor and is good even with 20 round magazines.

I definitely considered adding it! I think I passed on it because of the leg meta focus, which would be hard for a beginner to adapt to if they haven't played before. Definitely shreds though

Theres nothing more satisfying than killing meta pmc’s with nothing more than 74u and the cheapest ammo prapor sells lol. It is very difficult but boy when it happens you know hes pissed🤣

In my version Prapor doesn't sell 7.62x39 ps at level 1. I collect said ammo from scav runs

Realistically as a low level without access to the firing range. Your best bet is offline raids.

Papor for whatever reason no longer sells the PS ammo until loyalty level 2

I'm trying to follow the vpo build but I can't put a sight on the bastion dust cover for some reason, anyone know why?

Perhaps the sight you're choosing requires a mount/base between the sight and the Bastion? Use right click > linked search on the sight
