Can’t wait to try to apply these moves in my next Sicilian game and get lost after the first move and wing it lol

Literally describes me after watching everyone of Danya’s videos
Danya's a great teacher but equally important is how well-spoken he is. He's eloquent, charismatic, and a library of fun idioms. Cheers
These 15+10 games are so much better than the lower time control speed runs! So much more in depth explanation. Really hoping you stick with this format for future speed runs.
@TheDibule

Me too, ideal time control for speedruns. When I play 15+10 I find that every second passes quickly, but with Danya it seems like he has all the time in the world!
@cuzza4321

Its a shame there's next to 0 15+10 tutorials on KZread. Everybody so hard on for blitz games I get near 0 instructional value. Danya/Gotham got 100 vids + I easily coukd rewatch 3 times over and still not remember shit but still wish there was more
"This is technically a fork, but this is technically a checkmate" *sunglasses sliding on Danya's face*

@@noone-ld7pt Yeah that's what makes it so funny, the fact that Danya always gives such detailed reasoning. It was unexpected, but Danya just had a "fuck it" moment.
This is the highest quality teaching I have ever come across, not in chess, but in literally any domain.
Every video you put out is supreme. I never feel like you are forcing content. Quality videos that will be re-watched. Thank you.
The vast amount of details and subtleties along with big picture strategy from GM like Danya is insane. No wonder you are master of chess.

@@Gingnose ''Prophylactic'' was the main word he was teaching in this vocabulary lesson :) I knew the meaning but I would have failed big time if someone asked me to spell it.
1:12:20 This is technically a fork, but this is technically a check mate :D Btw Murad the 4th was a Ottomon Empire Sultan who ruled between 1623 to 1640. He is remembered by the ban of alcohol, tobacco and cofee usage. The punishment was dead. Historians says he took that measures after a big Istanbul fire. He in disguise was personally checking if his rules were being followed by public. But he kept his own heavy drinking behaviour and that was the most probable reason of his death.

absolutely love the explanation during time pressure. have seen you make 30 moves in 5 seconds so I never worry 😂

I really wanna shoutout Danya's editor; the in depth annotations and the rapid product doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated. Much thanks!!
It's a miracle you don't have 500k subs. Such a great teacher and an even better sense of humor. You're awesome Danya !!!
Really excellent play from your opponent. Always inspiring to see what’s achievable by just playing good, reasonable moves.

I love that Danya is gracious enough to wind down the clock educating us, while giving the benefit of time to his opponent to contemplate the position. A nice way to help make it more balanced and appear “competitive”

Love your videos Danya. Hikaru and Levy are entertaining, but this is the best chess content on youtube.
First I see a Danya upload, next I see that it’s a speedrun, then I see that it’s the alapin, and finally the title is “best game so far” So much for sleep
I feel so bad for your opponent he played very well! Very instructive game

I’ve been watching this series for about a week now nonstop and I can’t thank you enough for it. What a valuable resource for anybody. I appreciate it so much. Thank you.
I’ve been stuck at 1600/1700 for ages but your videos are making me look at chess in a different way
'This is technically a fork, but this is technically a checkmate.' 😂
I’m loving this speedrun
Best chess streamer/KZreadr rn by far
This was awesome. Major props to the other player. An excellent game that’s emblematic of the goal of the speed run.
"This is technically a fork, but this is technically a checkmate." Excellent.
Great content dude, always lookin out for the videos
Daaaaamn! Calmly explaining possible moves with 13 seconds on the clock is so gangster!
That's the best a sub-2000 player has played against Danya. Black was really thinking about his moves and understood what he was doing. He just ran a bit short of time and got squeezed by some "GM" moves. A very impressive game by Black,

I recommend this channel to everyone I meet that plays chess, such good teachings thank you
Thank you for this, amazing insight and exposition
These videos really make the path towards improvement very clear. Hearing your thought process on top of just learning the moves is key. Slowly but surely I'm starting to find the right ideas!
Best chess teacher on YT! I can feel your passion for teaching seething in this video. Keep it up!
great video, helps alot!
Amazing video! Thank you
Incredible video. Thank you Danya!

Nice! Great game as always
Hey Danya. I've been a long time supporter of your channel and I want to thank you for the content you pump out! Every single speedrun game is incredibly instructive and super helpful to my development as a player! You're an excellent teacher, thanks so much for the content!
I was watching your earlier games, love the acceleration on your higher end game thought processes. Its completely different which is what I need to see. Gold. Thankyou
Yesterday I started learning the Alapin Variation. Today I have an instructive game featuring it. 😀 Thanks Danya. 🙏
Thanks Danya. As always tonns of useful knowledge! Wish u all the best
Great stuff man
My heart was bumping fast with this low time in clock of Daniel. The guy speaks in such a calm way that I really thought he had forgotten about the clock situation 😂. Very nice video as always! 👏
Great game. Love the content
Excellent as always. Whenever I watch these videos im always half trying to learn and half in awe of how good Danya is at not just finding moves and tactics quickly but also clearly articulating the thought process.
Your videos are so fantastic and helpful. I’m planning to go to my first ever long form tournament soon and you’re are helping me to be prepared ❤
Great video as always mr Danya
Excellent video like always. Can’t wait to have a recommended openings recap because it’s a lot of speedrun videos, hard to remember everything!
Fantastic game!! So many lessons on this one!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Amazing show! Thanks Daniel!
I was looking for the alapin in my MCO and couldn't find it, amazing timing with this video! Thanks danya!!
People at this rating level have a line against the Alapin but they only know 3 or 4 moves after that... 5...Qb6 ok I'm a bit hazy on the theory at this point. 🤣

I really love your contents Danya. it is by far the best chess channel on youtube. I have learned a lot from you. you deserve 10 milion sub atleast. hopefully your channel grows faster ☺️
I love the crazy time pressure! I can’t stop myself getting stressed and shouting ‘move’ at the screen 😂
Had a couple good games of Alapin recently after learning from Danya. Great to see the opening speed runs build up upon previous ones.
Very informative

Great lesson, thank you GM Naroditsky
I know you haven't made it to 500k yet but I hope you will soon. This is easily the most instructive free content out there, I learn so much (and saddly apply nothing)
The man, the myth , the legend Danya sensei... Thank you for your efforts 🙏
Thanks!
Excellent game by your opponent. Thank you for another great video.
Thanks a lot danya!
I have to thank Danya for the ideas I learned in these speed runs. I won a couple rapid games playing the Alapin and developing the knight to a3 and b5, creating threats against the black queen and king fork on c7.
Excellent and impressive. 💯
This is pure gold
Thank you once again for another superbly well-explained video. A side note: your English diction is very high level and sophisticated, as well. Regards from Ottawa, Canada.
This is some high level content!!!!!
Lets gooo!500k subs!!!
Amazing content .
whenever Daniel drops a video, you watch. plain and simple.
I had a great alapin win today after watching this game. I hardly know any of the theory, but these videos help and most of the moves come natural compared to other anti sicilians I have tried.
Volume's much better here, thanks! :D
I live for your speedruns sensei.
There’s a great speed run game where danya gets low on time and blitzes out 5 moves instantly for a checkmate right after saying something like “don’t worry this is enough time to win”
Great Lessons! I've seen chess videos for $50 that are not as valuable/instructive as this one! Thank you!
Absolutely fantastic game
Love your videos! It would be nice to see a video in which you navigate through a clearly worse position, since trying to handle a worse position is a common problem in the non-GM level 😅
“This is technically a fork…but this is technically a checkmate” 😂 1:12:23
This is technically a fork. But, this is technically a checkmate. Lol
Danya : This is not a compliment. You are very rare in the world of chess. You are educated and have wisdom like the old masters and powerful like the masters of today. And of course you are one of the top 2 commentators. So: I say you are 1
Indeed, GM magic
Amazing commentary. I thought JB was the daddy of Chess on YT but you are just so instructive.
Huge props to the 2000, really great game!
I usually don't comment on videos, but i'll throw one in here for the algorith. Best chess content creator on the platform. I'm sure you'll reach 500k before the end of the year :)
What a valiant effort from the ~1900 opponent!
He’s so cool!!!! He’s like just chillin explaining shit with like 15 secs left!!! 😎🤩
incredible game :)
Dude imagine being this player. I'd be thinking "jeeze, this guy is just squeezing me the whole game, Im barely keeping up with him" the whole time, and then I'd get the message refunding my rating and find out I was keeping up with a GM for most of the game.
Wow! What a fantastic game against GM Vovk!
These videos are fun😅
