Chloe, the original one in the square bottle is the one Lisa Vanderpump from RHOBH had as her signature scent for years. I love finding out what fragrances people wear, famous or otherwise. Actually, not so much famous as accomplished. Yeah, accomplished, stylish women famous or not, they're the ones I'm fascinated by, wondering what they smell like, ahaha. I guess because it's the one thing that cannot be communicated via an image or film :D

I am 24, and I'm watching this to gift these for my mom on her birthday!!

Since this video there are a few that I would recommend. If she likes sweet florals, Si by Giorgio Armani, Fruity vanilla fragrance, Casablanca by Swiss Arabian, Deep and sultry Tresor La Nuit by Lancome, Sweet fragrance La Belle by Jean Paul Gaultier. Hope that helps!

I liked this video, I am buying my aunt perfume for her birthday and needed some recommendations!

Chanel no.5 was the 5th vale that Coco smelled and loved. Which is why it is called no. 5. My beautiful late mom signature scent. miss you mom! No. 19 was Coco signature scent & she only allowed it to be sold to the public after her passing. However, I believe she gave few bottles out as gifts. I am 59 years old and every year we live is a gift from God! And I am still trying to find my signature scent. Thinking maybe JPG La Belle. Thank you and God bless you.

I like how u show Cerruti 1881. Not to many people talk about that perfume and it smells wonderful.

55 I have a large collection but my central Go tos are CoCo Chanel, Chanel No5, Versace Eros Por Femme and Versace Crystal Noir I look forward to trying some of your recommendations

Wonderful list and made me smile with nostalgia 😊 Tresor was my very first grown up perfume gifted to me by my boyfriend at the time and I was 23yo and in college. Today I love and wear often La Nuit Tresor, a very sexy flanker suitable for nighttime. Cerrutti 1881 is my mom’s signature scent and I was finally able to hunt it down this year and give it to her for her birthday, she was overjoyed. I'm 48 years old and I wear Roses de Chloé and La Belle by Jean Paul Gaultier. From the list in this video I know Tresor which I love (SO elegant) and the Cerruti 1881 perfume, I love it too, Cerruti 1881 is a wonderful floral and such a compliment getter, wooow!

I was rolling with your list until you brought up D&G Light Blue Intense. I wear this fragrance for the spring/summer and I am nowhere near 50. I will say I think my mom would like it though

I'm 45 and I have and love some of the perfumes you mentioned, Chanel 19, 1881 by Cerruti and Chanel 5. Currently I'm rocking Chanel 5. Please make a video on Rose Perfumes.

Gucci Bloom is a beautiful fragrance and performs very well. I have never smelled Emporio Armani Lei..will have to research that one.

I am 50 in a few months, and I like to wear Intimate, by Jean Phillipe. The fragrance is so cheap, but it smells very expensive. It lasts all day too.

It is so hard to find that signature scent isn't it? I was in search of mine and that is what started my love for perfume and how I ended up on KZread! Believe it or not, I have not found my signature scent, but have a large collection of fabulous perfumes that I love! I have something for every occasion though....maybe one day I will find that one scent that is the only thing I want to wear, but for now its okay!

I am also 54 and I dont have any restraints/contsraints other than what I don’t like because it doesnt perform well or isn’t my taste, I have Mon Guerlain edt and MG bloom of Rose edt, Chanel no 5 Parfum and Eau Premiere, Chanel, No 19, and 19Poudre, Tresor La Nuit, Chanel Coco Chanel, Some Muglars and love ❤️ also Shalimar Parfum Initial although discontinued! Go with what you love, never too old I say🥰🌈🌼🌸💕🙏

Rose Omeyyade by Aterlier des Ors is a great one, unfortunately it doesn't perform as well as one would expect for that price tag-- but that's just my experience so please try it yourself as it's a gorgeous luxury leather goods smell mixed with soft rose. Oud Bouquet by Lancome is great for women who prefer a stronger delivery of the rose-oud vibe, but it dries down beautifully. Moonlight Patchouli by Van Cleef and Arpels has the same vintage handbag mixed with champagne and rose vibe. Sillage and longevity are moderate, unlike 'Alluring' by Boadicea The Victorious, which would be ideal for women who love distinct scents like Sisley Soir de Lune...but I think Alluring has been discontinued now, which is such a shame. If you can find it, try it. Parfum de Therese by Frederic Malle is a lovely creamy melon, fresh powdery one which is very unusual but elegant and soft, beautifully crafted with a romantic heritage. And lastly, I'd like to suggest Petales de Cashmere by Fragrance du Bois, if you like violet, powdery, gentle vintage handbag-mixed with dressing table type of scent. My top recommendation is Aurum by Kemi Blending Magic. Age is a number. I think lifestyle and temperament account for so much more. People can really surprise you with what they fall for and how they see themselves, or wish to be seen.

There is nothing more disappointing than spending money on a fragrance that just does not perform! I run into that at times, and if it doesn't last I will return it. I only want fragrances on my shelf that smell great and perform. I have not heard of Moonlight Patchouli by Van Cleef & Arpels.... I will check them out! I used to wear their fragrance called First and loved that one!

Hi Sasha. I'm 26 and I'm watching your video hoping to find a fragrance for my 55yo mum as birthday present. She is an independent and strong women, a property developer, and very commanding. My initial choice is Guerlain Les Absolus d'Orient Santal Royal, but I'm based in Australia and this specific blend is sold out everywhere. I planned to get this scent, and it was still available a week ago, now its sold out everywhere, so I'm kind of desperate. I smelt Chanel No.05 and I found it too synthetic. I'm looking for something more exotic, oriental and expensive. Do you consider Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille a women's fragrance? Do you think Tobacco Vanille, Plum Japonais and Shanghai Lily from Tom Ford good for women over 50? I'm currently choosing between these three. If you have any other suggestions please kindly let me know. Much appreciated! Corey C.

I absolutely adore Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille!!! It is a great fragrance for a woman. It has a gorgeous tobacco note that melts with a creamy vanilla and dried fruit notes! She will love it. Have you smelled Coco Eau de Parfum by Chanel? It is bold and has clove in it... very pretty scent. Hope that helps

I haven't smelled Coco EDP by Chanel and I'm afraid I don't have the chance to smell it before my mum's birthday, due to Sydney is currently under Covid lockdown and all physical stores are temporarily closed. I can only get all of my information from internet such as your channel and Fragantica. Have you ever wore or smelled Amouage Epic Woman by any chance? Okay I looked on Amazon and Fragrancenet and they don't carry it, so I went to their website. I see they sell sample sizes, but will contact them to see if I can get something to review from them. Keeping my fingers crossed. Since my channel is so new and so small, they may not work with me, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Hello, since making this video my viewpoints on fragrances has really changed. Fragrance really isn't meant to be confined to age. I think you should wear fragrances that make you feel elegant and suit your personality. I do have some favorites though.... Petales de Magnolia by Houbigant Paris, Contessa by Moresque, Valentino Donna Born in Roma by Valentino, Bosphorus Pearl by Alghabra, Baiser Vole by Cartier, Kenzo Amour by Kenzo, Poeme by Lancome, Ylang Ylang Nosy Be by Perris Monte Carlo, Olympea by Paco Rabanne and Jardins De Misfah by Une Nuit Nomade.

My signature perfume was the original Fendi..Started wearing it when I was 13..Sadly Fendi discontinued it and I can no longer afford to buy it..At$300 and up I just can't pull the trigger..

@@mimienmelmiya8121 Its a beautiful light floral with some citrus notes.. it has a bit of an aquatic feel when first sprayed. It is a great fragrance for spring. A lot of people say it reminds them of things blooming, and warmth. It is a bit powdery. It is considered to be long lasting and has a moderate trail. As far as projection, its about an arms length for the first hour and then gets closer to the skin.

I love tresor! It was my mom’s favorite perfume :) It inspired me to delve into more mature and strong perfumes and discovered tresor midnight rose along the way several years ago. And now she loves midnight rose because of me 🤗 And D&G light blue intense is just 💙🖤 ( 30’s here btw 😂) P.s. Maybe ‘age group’ perfume video next?

I’m still trying to figure it out. Not sure if it is content, the way my channel looks (I have changed it 5 times LOL) or if the algorithms from KZread have not picked it up yet. @@sashascents oh i have been trying to time manage properly and not be always so nervous and pushing myself too hard... cuz i have ideas to make and how to run the channel, content strategy all that shabang. its working pretty well so far... but i dont have that much time with youtube... cuz i'm still a student in 2 uni. but experimenting with diff video ideas and topics and see which one drives traffic or maintains audience connection is the key

@@CilaOnAirX520 Yes, I get nervous too! I have a silly personality but not sure if being silly when talking about perfumes would work. LOL! I am working on a video today where I think I may just go for it and not worry what people will think. We will see how it turns out LOL. Hi. The thing with me is that fragrance doesn’t have an age. U wear what u want to wear. No one should judge u on a scent. But the ones u are showing, I do have. I’m a perfume collector and have over 200 perfumes from “teeniebopper”, to “old lady”. Lol

Yes fragrance can work for most ages... there are some fragrances that I think are on the younger side and may not work well for a mature woman. And there are some fragrances that are more mature that may not work well for a younger woman.

so are you 50 yet? you don't look like it. your cheekbones are AWESOME

Not fair to say that woman wear perfumes that are much towards the younger crowd that u are trying to hard. A scent is a scent for me. I love them all.

I don’t agree but everyone has their own opinion. I think any perfume could be used at any age. It’s just a fragrance and it doesn’t define who u are. I don’t like to be put into a category that tells me what or what not to wear. People run with things like this and before u know it, u are categorized. I don’t think woman are trying to hard to be young by wearing certain notes in a perfume. I wear what I want and u should to . But I do like your choices 😁

I wear tons of different fragrances, so I agree with you. I did lots of research and these were the top perfumes they had for 50+ I wear what makes me feel good

i don't trust you now hahaha you said Chloe is great... i just got a bottle of it from Sephora today and it was AWFUL... it smelled something like a mosquito repellent that Avon would smell lolol it made me nauseous and no matter what i did, i could NOT wash off the TINY little spray i put on my wrist and it ruined my whole day lolol seriously, awful stuff!!

Oh no!!!!!! I am so sorry it did not work for you! I am having that issue with Devotion from Dolce & Gabbana… all the big influencers are raving about it, and I am not a fan at all. @@elaineremains Oh I ADORE Chance Eau Tendre! Are you getting the EDP or EDT? I have the EDP and it lasts forever on the clothes! It is one that I recommend for the warmer days! BUT you can spritz it on in the cooler months too!
