While iron and zinc help with hair's shine and luster, magnesium plays an important role in promoting follicle hair growth, which results in healthy hair growth. Most experts agree that magnesium is nature's anti-stress mineral, which is a major component in hair loss.

Rinse your hair and scalp with cold water as the last step. It stimulates blood flow, closes the hair cuticles and locks moisture. It also adds shine to your hair.

I just wanted to say that I have had terrible hair shedding from Wellbutrin. I was switched from SR to XL and within a few days had massive hair falling out, it was almost like chemo hair loss. I stopped the Wellbutrin when I figured it out. I was only on the Wellbutrin XL for less than a month and lost 50% of my hair. Now it’s been almost six weeks since I stopped it and my hair has finally stopped shedding. I was adding vitamin after vitamin thinking that was it, but it was the Wellbutrin. So guys, just check the medications you’re on because one of them might be the cause, and don’t just stop a medication, make sure you consult your doctor.

Your hair looks thicker and shinier, your skin looks more hydrated and the tone is more even, your cheekbone area looks like the collagen has been restored... I mean, damn! You look great. I understand people do not disclose when they have cosmetic procedures (not that they have to) so we tend to jump to this conclusion when someone looks good, but it's also possible to look good just by taking care of yourself. there's really no need to make assumptions, especially when the individual has been candid about their procedures.

Even in THIS video, she still has normal creases that we would expect to see when you move your face or make certain expressions. However, I'm not really interested in trying to prove her own claims to you. You can believe whatever you want, but I'm also free to point out that your assumptions are somewhat silly and unwarranted. Have a good one.

I had very bad hair fall episode and was getting some flaky patches on my fingers developing cracks. took some zinc and the fingers healed. The hair also stopped falling so what is the best way to monitor the levels of zinc?

I need this ;-; I shedded so much hair after getting a cut that went wrong where she took too much off... due to all the stress. I'm trying to recover it and suddenly don't have oily/greasy hair anymore which isn't helping. I've found back when I started eating a ton of carrots, avocados, salmon and greek yogurt, I had a noticeable improvement in my hair and skin, so I try to go heavy on carrots and protein when I can.

I drink horsetail tea with peppermint, I have mild pcos and have some shedding at the top, this has been helping, reishi mushroom supplements for combating androgens, and Rosemary massaging into the scalp before washing.

Hi there I have pcos as well and am shedding a ton of hair. As you know it's very upsetting. Where did you get the tea? And mushrooms sups? I have made a rosemary olive oil just started to message as well. How is your journey with all of this going ?

Thank you for this. It seems I am doing all the right things, I am 66 years old and I am just noticing my scalp near my widows peak area thinning out. Is that normal aging. I asked my hair dresser and she said that is was normal, but I do not like it.

Thank you for your informative videos, I like that your provide a concise clear reasoning to help understand and for me atleast remember why I should do 'X' in order to improve 'Y'. May I ask the quantity needed to gain the benefits eg 100g of tumeric/brocolli/salmon etc in order to get the necessary mg quantity of the beneficial component within it. Secondly the way something is prepared, eg. Raw, steamed, roasted.. Overcooked loose its nutritional benefits. In summer I tend to chug a tin of tomatoes from the store for the Lyocene word.. Benefits and if I run out of suncream I apply passata. Your educational insight would be appreciated when you have the time.

@@lindajackson8068 Hep vaccines can cause hair loss. It's a well known problem but doctors continue to give them. I know of a young girl that received one at school of all places and every hair on her body fell out. The doctor knew immediately the cause was from the recent vaccine. BEWARE!!

Thanks for the video Dr.Dray If you ever see this comment I wish you can make a video commenting on AIP for hair growth where they consider hair loss as a type of autoimmune disease. Every suggestion you make here like nuts etc consistents of a nightshade while AIP expects you to stop them altogether Would love to hear you on this topic
