Best Food In PHITSANULOK, Thailand | Hia Po Kitchen Original ร้านครัวเฮียปอ
We visited Hia Po Kitchen Original located in Phitsanulok in Northern Thailand. We'd heard good things about this restaurant and thought we'd check it out.
As with all Asian cooking this is a rough guide with regards to amounts, adjust for your own taste and spice tolerance.
If you want to make it spicier then toast birds eye chillies instead of large sweet chilli.

Oh my, that looks just so amazing I can only imagine the tastes! Oh why is Asian food so great? I knew I should have spent my bathroom money and gone from Nepal to Thailand and Malaysia last year 😂
