did you wait full 40 days? did you strain the tomato water? he lives in a tropical climate what temperature did you have yours at? thanks

I did it for a week. The bulbs swole up from extremely shriveled and looked nice and plump again, they look slightly green but still yellow, the rot seems to be gone from the base it looks healthier. I didn't get any new growth at all yet. Do I put them back in the dark again? The tomato juice water was very moldy, I poured it out and put a new batch of tomato water in this time I strained the tomato water like you. I got another EXTREMELY shriveled up dendrobium that I'm going to try this with with some new tomato water. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME!!!

The original stems had shrivelled up but the later ones had the dried coverings intact. He just cut new ones with keiki from another stem and place them in glass. The tomato juice is a distraction.
