Great information. So many folks think they need the big Sony cameras to record for YT, but I think watchers would be surprised how many videos are filmed on an iPhone!! Another advantage, is that you always have your phone with you anyways so no need to carry more equipment!!

Thank you. This is true. The phone just makes the entire process so much faster and I really don’t think it will be long until the software capabilities in the phones cameras are able to mirror what the hardware in the expensive cameras are capable of. Thanks for watching!

Thank you! Hopefully some people will find it helpful before going to spend a bunch of money on a camera. The phone cameras will just continue to improve and I think there is a day in the near future where the other cameras become obsolete for the most part.

Do you think you might do a video showing the process of making, editing and uploading using just an iphone? I am intrigued but don't know where to start. Thanks.

What are your thoughts on the GoPro? I have only used my GoPro 8 a few times, but it seems to cut out the shaking pretty dern good. Thanks. I feel ya on the SD card thing. I use the WeVideo editor because it's beginner friendly, but you've really got me considering trying my iphone 11 out. Would you consider doing a video of you "doing a Video" on the iphone? Something that would show people who have never made a phone video and used the editor that you use some real time footage and some tips. I just bought my 1st Dexter yesterday. A young, black, horned heifer. I wanted polled, but Dexters are nearly non existent around here and I just needed a cow to begin learning with (hands on). Thank you for all the information you give us.

I think the GoPro is a good tool to have in the tool bag, but iPhone is still a more streamlined process if someone wants to capture footage, edit and upload all from the same device. Most farm channels are going to be dealing with mediocre at best internet speeds, and with the file sizes of 4K not having to upload and download the file multiple times is a big selling point for me. But yes from what I’ve seen the stabilization is very good from the GoPro.

The dang chip shortage has made the the ZV-E10 impossible to find. The Sony site states they have stopped selling them.

128gb. I have to use iCloud or it would be full in a couple of days.
