Спорт

In this video I break down the three major exits needed to dominate in a lacrosse game! These are the most basic and simple exits every faceoff athlete should know. There are many more advanced variations of these exits of course, but learning these will help you branch out into becoming a more creative and adaptive fogo.
Future video with more advanced exits to come! Which exits would you like me to cover?

Could you make a video on how to counter a rake ? I always seem to lose vs kids who rake a lot and keep the ball on the ground

Hey tj, when you go into your faceoffs, would you recommend knowing what quadrant you are going to exit the ball to before the faceoff or should you exit more by feel after you win control of the ball?

What's up Liam- that is a fantastic question. So the best of the best faceoff guys are REACTIVE, aka they can adapt to whatever their opponent throws at them. In an ideal world you would do a front door exit into quadrant one every time to push fast break and create offense, however sometimes you have a LSM or D-middy playing you that you know will deny the fast break. Because of this, I would say have a quadrant planned out you would LIKE to go to, but NEVER hard commit to that quadrant (always be willing to bail out on that plan). You have to be able to improvise based upon the situation to escape in the direction that is the Safest.
