Great opening lad, it's so rare to see Duel Masters video !

It turned me out a child again.. This is something we can't forget.. This little things makes our Childhood soo special.. These feelings can't b express by words.. It's just mesmerizing and unique..

I remember opening these packs like they're chocolate wrappes back then as they only cost a few bucks in my country years ago. Now I reckon these vintage packs are pretty expensive, even looking at the art on the packs filled me with nostalgia.

Used to play this endlessly with my siblings. Basically everyone in my neighbourhood were playing this HAHAHA

Wow. Just found ur channel and its amazing. Nostalgia is real! Love DuelMasters!

Could never get my friends into this game back in the day. So underrated and so fun!

If the game were still going in the TCG, I probably could have gone a little further. But honestly for never having major expectations for the channel, I am quite happy how it turned out. It will be a great resource that can be used for a ton of info on DM products and playing forever.

I remember when i was a kid and i was opening this things, it was priceless

Nice, when I played the game I decided not to go for structure decks and only take my chance on a few packs. I only bought 8 me and a friend. Sadly not many others picked up this game. Anyway it is scary how similar cards you got in each pack as me and I am talking about the rares and super rares. Alsonios is one I got too. But my favorite was Crystal Joylster. As I only played for fun I was satesfied with the cards I got I build decks with it. Now it was easy for strategies not to work as I had mostly one of each card but I had a lot of luck. I also had a few cards I got from cereal boxes. I once played against one player who played constructive but he had only cards from basic pack and I won pretty easily. And I remember one time I tried to introduce the game to some guys, I did not have that many cards then so I split my deck in two and we had some fun trying to learn the game.

Its great to bond with others through this game. The one friend I have whom I played a tournament with, we have bonded over this game for 5 years and we live in different countries. Its pretty amazing how simple things like card games can give us so many good times! ^_^

I just got my DM-01 starter set. It was sealed and it still has the original booster pack! Really debating cracking open the booster pack because it's really cool to just have a sealed 20 year old booster pack but I'm really curious about what's in it. I'm planning to order japanese starter decks and a booster box to really get into the game.

Where did you get them from? I've been dying to find some booster packs. I remember back in the day when I got Ballom Master of Death from a booster pack and almost died.

i have 1 bolmeteus in my collection of 500+ cards, had to give away 3 triple breakers for it

I wish those packs were available at their original price...

NGL, I love this game and if it came back in a proper way, not Kaijudo, I'd be heavily involved in the meta. I ran a mono fire deck all the way up 'til Stomp a Trons and. then it just faded away, idk. The formula with the D-Max club, attending official events got you points for promo cards, I had like 9 of a light civ promo, it just worked... but it didn't.

Thanks for sharing! I wish I discovered Duel Masters earlier and could have been a part of the D-Max club. Seemed like a fun concept. I have loved all the products I have found over the years!

I almost primarily buy from ebay. There are lots of good packs out there right now, but the prices are insane. XD

I remember playing this game in primary school and i still have my black deck and light deck...they all basic cards since i bought standard decks when i was young...anyone knows a good site to buy boosters?

I still have the best luck on ebay/fb marketplace/reddit. I am sure others have favorites as well, but that is where I still see a lot come up.

I have dm-01 till dm-04 old packs bought on a flee market. I dont know if they are real or fake. The dm-0 where all open at the bottom but they rare cards were in. Is it possible that by the time boosters opened themselves?

To my selling/buying experience, sets DM01-DM06 are still pretty easy to find on ebay. DM07-DM09 a little harder. Then DM10-DM12 are very hard to find and when they do show up are often very pricey. :/
