I recently visited Dublin and went on a fantastic tour with Linda (@traditional_irish_music_crawl) and learnt what makes a pub particularly good at serving Guinness - and visited 3 pubs doing a great job.
It turns out that several key factors in serving a great pint of Guinness are down to the pub. These include:
-storage of the kegs
-how they clean the lines to the keg
-how they clean the glasses
