Strict rope pull-ups for strength. Kipping pull-ups for skill and efficiency in the legless rope climbs. Eccentrics should be AS SLOW AS POSSIBLE. L-sits for the more advanced athlete!

My home gym hasn't the height for full rope work, but with 10 feet I can still do quite a bit. :) Thank you very much for posting. :)
