Max I’ve ever seen the 50/200yd zero go above the line of sight is 2” at about 120-140yds. If you can see a 2” difference at that distance, then more power to you. Maybe instead of doing everything on paper, get out and see it in action. It’s the best zero to compromise for close and long distances with no hold over/under until you get to 300yds. That’s your first real holdover or adjustment. And even then, it’s not by much.

Who sights at 100yd? or 124 yd? Best zero for shots 1-200 yd is a 50 yd zero. If you're in Afghanstan shooting 300 yd' go for the 36 yd zero.

Im new to the AR I just bought one not to long ago and put magpul mbus iron sights on it ive played around with it once since ive had it but wasn't able to get a propper 0. So what your saying is that if I get my iron sights sighted in at 50 yrds I should still be on target at 100-200 yrds?

That's correct. With standard .223/5.56 loads, a 50-yard zero will also be zero at 200 yards, and only an inch or two above at 100 yards.

why not bzo for 200 yards?

Why not the 75 yards zero. Might have a better Point Blank Range.

100 yards is all around best.
