Bhai ek baat puchna chahta hu. Meri height 181cm hai aur weight 152. Diet 3 month se zyada nahi chalta hai jisme 18-20 kg kam hota hai baad me diet chut jata hai. Soch raha hu bariatrics surgery karvalu aur uske baad muscle build up and aap suggest karte hai woh strength build up karu to aapki kya rai hai?

I go to gym 5 days a week for an hour only which includes 15 min stretching . Mostly do weight training and eat home meals only anything which my mother makes . I haven’t lost a much weight but with busy life it’s very good physically and mentally.

Nice information but I see only problems especially in Bengal I don't know about others , that we use lot's of oils to cook food so if you suggested that reduces the oil consumption also this video became perfect What you think?

Double the amount of protein according to your weight.. eg. If u r 75kgs, then your protein intake should be 150gms minimum. And there's one more thing is that.. you shouldn't take more protein than required cause your body will excrete the excess protein so it will all be waste of money time and effort.. hope it helps

@@yuvaryugam3434 nope.. see protein helps building muscles.. and a 100 kg person is having too much fat stored. And let me tell you it's really difficult for a person to have 200gms of Protein. If you are literally having that much protein you won't be consuming much fats.. so it would ultimately results in fat loss. If you don't want to build muscle, and just want to get into shape then eat protein as your body weight.

1.5g-2g per kg of your ideal body weight per day. Not your actual weight if you are overweight. Calculate your ideal weight according to your height. Approx 100 to 140g per day for a 70kg person. Begin with 1g per kg ie about 70g per day. Increase by 20-30g total every month till u reach 120-140g per day when u are bulking. 1-1.5g per day to maintain
