Thanks Moxsy for the guide, it is quite complex to setup as I am leveling to 75 so it is hard to farm for the right mods. So for simplicity, For those who dont want to complicate things, take PAX Upheaval + Multistrike, make sure you have 3 Earthquake, Equip a weapon with Mourning winds + radiation splash+whatever that can hit like a truck.. (remember, this is pretty much the same Quake bleed build and the weapon you use to proc the reload aoe should hit as hard as possible).. the sequence of usage is important... 1. REflect Bullets (Proc Paladin) 2. Gravity Leap (Dispair) 3. Slap Monster (Proc Strong Arm of Anomaly) 3. EarthQuake no.1 4. Reload (Proc Mourning winds + Radiation Splash) 5. EarthQuake + EarthQUake Dead Boss..

There might be a build im starting to see for firepower dev. Twitch trigger mask and maxwell's demon set.

Damn, my build is the same except for Puncture. Still got a bunch of gear to farm, I'll have to switch it up and try that one out.

Have you done any testing with obliteration vs puncture in the pax tree? i'm not sure what i should pick beacause of the SC helm mod. seems like a waste to keep the impale mod and go for puncture in the pax tree.

Also, now that Paladin activates on skills (not Protection skills), I like running Tremor, which is also seismic, so it benefits from the Pax nodes as well.

First of all, love the build. Found something you might enjoy. For your primary weapon, try Final Penance, sub Embalmer's Rage in the second mod slot, and hopefully get a good roll in the apoc slot. Nothing wrong with boosting your anomaly power by another 40% :)

Just tried this setup for Final Penance it becomes a breeze hitting crits!

so far the best tier 3 mod ive found is for pyro that sends back a second firewall for every single one u send.....i been out damaging people with my heat wave alone not including any other damage

Does Paladin (class tree node) activate off of the Golem's Limb (Golem Rising)?

Nice build, makes me want to pull out my devastator before the nerf it. They specifically called out this build and said it's going to get "balanced". Sucks, they should let us play the way we want. With the lack of content in this expansion if people are having fun with a build leave it alone.

Does thunders legacy need something specific 2 activate it?as I have the mod on my helmet and have did 3 missions and haven't seen any anomaly thunder around me at all

I am no pro builder by any stretch the imagination but I am running a brew that works like the contagion build on wonderlands with the new set that makes blight fire. Stacking a ton of anamoly power and having it spread across the map. So far at low levels, apocalypse tier 18 it's been pretty fun Any ideas or have you seen anything on this build yet?

I left this game 6 months after release is the game still very broken or have they fixed it

I got some build his bleed build best build in game I tell players that evertime it just had to get his gear set

I dont quite get why we are using the long arm talent since we dont ever melee or at least we dont melee in the dps rotation that you have showcased. Am i missing something?

Because the mod is Blood Shock. AKA Earthquake inflicts bleed. Which thanks to the pax tree we already have that covered. Since the node Puncture makes it so all seismic skills bleed by default. So basically it is a choice between 2 dead mods.

Sorry but do you have any leveling(past 30) builds for Dev or trickster? I can only find videos like this that expect you to have all the legendary sets but no advice on how to get there

With all the weapon and anomaly focus going on in this build of yours, I'm curious... why don't you use the Deathronome? That weapon mod seems like it would be perfect for it. Giving you a weapon boost and a anomaly boost. The Anon boost would even help with survivability by raising your armor at least 160k. Btw, is it just me but does there seem to be one boss in the Tarya Gratar that seems to be busted OP?(And I don't mean the final boss, he's meh.) The one I speak of is the one where you have to stand at platforms and fend off waves until he's vulnerable. For some reason he seems to do much more damage than even if you were just having 2 broodmothers and 2 crawlers all attacking you at the same time, which honestly is survivable as a devastator. A friend and I were even ONE-SHOT when we were at full health with shields once by him. We were both left speechless.

For the sake of making mods and stats balance out i swapped out the helm for a Ronin's Amigasa (Drops with Arms and Anomaly and got the third mod to roll with Thunders Legacy) and swapped the boots for the seismic set. The helm rolls with three solid stats and doesn't stick us with a useless impale mod.

Can anyone help me tho. I’ve done the same pax tree as he has and have shots generate shield on a weapon but the pax tree node for skill damage is converted to shields doesn’t work…what am I doing wrong?

I had the same problem while playing campaign. I reset the points and it worked.

For fortress do you have to shoot till your arm glows green to get the damage buff? I see people using it and they’re not doing it. So are they even getting the dmg buff? Same for your clip you’re not shooting long enough to activate fortress fully to get the damage buff you need max stacks when you get max stacks your arm glows green. In the new horizon patch notes it says you have to shoot till your glows green.

How do you know if you are at max cooldown is there a total percentage you should be looking for? I know you said 4.3 secs for earthquake but what about for example blighted rounds?

@Prabhjit Dhillon you can see it by looking at the mod "freezing boost" for example that it is not post nerf because this mod gives you now only 8% bonus dmg against freezed enemies

At 4:14 you say you want to get cool down on the seismic commander helmet instead of skill life leech. Is that possible to get on seismic commander helmet? I thought they are fixed rolls.

My euthanizer perk always says 16% damage against enemies inflicted with toxic, why does Moxsy’s say 25%?

i have a quesiton how do you have 15% cdr on your chestpiece? mine maxes out at 10.5. is it due to your item level?

Yeah, that what he said. Higher apoc lvl means higher lvl armor with higher stats. Lv65-75 armors have 14-15%cdr

I know this is way late but wat do u prefer Borderlands 3 or Outriders???

I followed the build guide as best I could for mods. Still new character. I followed the skill tree and pax tree but can’t get the shield. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.

How is your duration for your skills so low?

@moxsy Unending watch is pretty much useless since it reduce CD on an ability without CD. "you to take it for strong arm of the anomaly", yes, but agian a pretty bad talent. you more or less only need piercing on bosses and they are 1 target = 15%, atleast in Tarya Gratar. and you get 15% pierce from Pure anomoly, all the time without having to weav in a melee attack to slow down your rotation. so Pure anomaly and Red rivers makes more sense imo.

They drop at a level matching that tier. Waiting won't boost them to 75

just a quick question: in your mods section i noticed you have an impale mod on your helm there. why do you have that still when you arent using impale as a skill? wouldnt a different t3 skill mod for earthquake or gravity leap be better for the overall build?

Because he just needs a better roll without that mod. He can’t change that one cause the other mod he changed on that piece was more important.

The other mod on that helmet makes Earthquake inflict Bleed. One of his Pax tree nodes already does that, so it doesn't matter which mod you replace on the helmet.

@@Harmonic14 wouldn’t it be better to take the bottom tree skill then and keep the bleed helmet mod? You still can get all the rest of the same nodes by going to the bottom one instead of the bleed one. Then one of his mods isn’t wasted on the helmet?

Also golem is way more effective then reflects ability set up . Golem can double anomaly which in your build would double your output.

He covered that. Golem lasts too long, and has a long cooldown. Using Reflect Bullets, he can pop the skill, cancel it, and get 90% of it's cooldown right back. That means his 2x Anomaly damage is "on-demand", vs waiting for golem to come off cooldown. It's really the same thing as far as damage output, it's just the instant refund of Reflect lets him use it every few seconds.

@@NegativeROG his build is to luck dependent on drops. It’s not really easy to replicate. I have been going to final boss killing him, going to lobby and rinsing and Repeat because when you do that you were able to pick up to 4pieces of gear plus all the drops and still only have 2 out of his whole build

Dude. How did you get that many apocalypse drops in less than 25 hours. Thats crazy....

Make it to the final Arbiter boss. Kill him. DON'T go to the final cutscene. Instead, quit to the lobby. When you load back in, you'll be at the starting checkpoint for the final boss. Rinse and repeat 4 times. You get a shit ton of legendaries that way.

Difference between anomoly power and anomoly damage node?

AP boosts things like skill damage and status. Anomaly damage counts those things as well as mods like Moaning Winds, Shadow Comet, etc. Anomaly damage is the best investment for your Ascension points

Once you activate the shield it absorbs bullets from enemies. Once you cancel it shoots back what it absorbed.

He covered this game when the demo came out, he covered this game when it fully released, he covered it for the Hell's Rangers update, and he's covering for Worldslayer. In between, he's covered Borderlands 3, Elden Ring, The Division 2, and Wonderlands. What have YOU done since February 2021?

The trickster skill and pax synergy is absolutely disgusting.. Devastator needs some love..

All these build videos are great if you have the gear for it. When I am at this point, some time next year, this game will probably not be interesting anymore because of Redfall :D. In fact, seeing the requirements and calculation the time I would have to farm for this makes me want to play something else already. Especially since uplevelling gear is so expensive now for someone who just arrived at AT 9....

And yet somehow I still manage to die

dont do it, wait for a HUGE sale, take it from a pre-order user, its very repetitive, quick to burnout, they constantly rebalance "NERF" everything fun, typically if someone like MOXSY shows it off, it gets nerfed. Also you require a stable internet connection to play single player which is stupid and not really warranted, also if the server goes down at all, you lose your progress say in a dungeon, you can hit the end, about to get the chest loot and bam, server disconnects, you dont get the loot that would have dropped. you have been warned!

Im new and got the seismic set within a day of getting to endgame. 2 piecs bought from Thiago and 1 pice dropped on expedition
