@@12LoLproductions Naval balance is a joke because the BRs are too narrow. (The German reserve DD could be uptiered against Shimakaze because of that!) I wouldn't have a problem if Gaijin adds some halfway-copy-paste ships and increase the BR range so that such things don't happen. And don't get me started about the "There's always a bigger fish" balancing problem, which happens too often: DD

Akizuki deserves a spot here, not to be outshined by the Shimakaze You get 100mm guns, 8 of them, all with quick reload, and they have impressively high muzzle velocity. All of those makes it very easy to hit targets at long ranges, battleship engagement ranges even, and you can just set endless fire on enemy ships until their crew depletes from getting burned alive When played with care, Akizuki easily clocks in 10k naval damage per game even at battleship tier

Can confirm, my duck is going apeshit each time I play naval, with 5 sea frags at minimum, starting from her very first battle when she caught fire, burnt for a while, refused to die, and sank 5 ships.

It's strange they didn't choose Akizuki. Shimakaze is practically a Fubuki with good speed and more torps.

My favourite destroyer is probably the battle class, I like how fast they can fire. However it would be good if more AA radar and tracking systems were introduced. I'm pretty sure that one of the main points of the battle class was that it had radar directed AA fire. Would be nice to see that in game!

Designed to defend against something doesn't mean it can't be easily defeated by them. Take Tank-destroyers for example. They are made to destroy tanks but that doesn't mean tanks can't easily destroy them.

Map design which sometimes caters to small coastals hiding and surprising... players in early DDs that are so lost and excited that they don't see the coastal sneaking up on them... DDs are absolutely effective at killing PT boats if the DD player is aware and has a shot.

@@gfriedline that's probably because if you get to drop depth charges, you're already so close that no gun of the DD can reach you anymore. a DD probably has a dead zone of around 50m around the ship where neither his main battery nor his AA guns can reach

Akizuki definitely my favourite, torps are downer but the sheer amount of AA guns and powerful guns make it a beast, not only that it is hard to kill

I personally like the fletcher class, mainly because it was the work horse for most of World War 2 for the U.S. If anyone likes a good book, read Last Stand of the Tincan Sailor's

The sad fact is that 90% of naval players already know the Moffett is the most broken and fun DD to play. Even at 5.0 where it gets completely outclassed by every cruiser it faces, it still dominates with those rapid fire 5/38's.

@@gfriedline imo the Moffet outguns some cruisers, especially heavy cruisers that have slow turning, slow firing guns. a cruiser has bigger alpha strike potential, but the Moffett makes up for it with it's fast fire. and the best shell has enough punch to easily wreck 5.0 and 5.3 cruisers, maybe even 5.7 ones if played carefully

@@DJKenTuckyOfficial It absolutely can. The Moffet is sort of a glass-cannon DPS. The SAP and HEVT will absolutely rip apart anything it faces short of BBs. The only downside is that you have to play it like a sneaky snek to avoid the wrath of 150mm guns.

Suggestion: Give the Italian destroyer guns a slight buff, they are really bad and a 4.7 such as Leone still gets demolished other countries reserves

I think that's just normal in naval. It's not like in air battles, where reserve vehicles stand almost no chance against planes that are at higher BRs. I remember ammo racking a USS Moffett in my reserve HMS Vega with a lucky SAP shot

The boats that had the 450mm 45-36NU with 6km short range are now essentially unarmed/cost sabotaged, especially the Frunze, the pr.123s and the Groza. For some reason, it became the most overpriced torpedo in game after update DIRECT SH*T. If I use those torps, a severe loss of SL is guaranteed. To avoid bankruptcy, might as well go into battle essentially unarmed of 45-36NU...let's hope Gaijin fixes this and avoid making such mistakes next patch. I'm pretty sure this isn't the only severe issue from last patch...there's more, but I'll leave it at that

I'm pretty sure Italian destroyer guns aren't as bad as Soviet destroyer 102mm caliber guns, though the reserve and prem 102mms are some of the most accurate naval guns in game

My favorite is for sure the Z32, the 155mm guns are so effective against all destroyers. Very decent AA + a good load of explosive in the shell coupled with enough torpedoes to sink the entire royal navy. One of my favorite ships in the game after the Scharnhorst, the Admiral Graf Spee and the HMS Hood

I love the akizuki having 45 25mm auto cannons is really fun and only a 4 second reload on the 100mm guns

Suggestion: To help clear the load from the Client inventory servers, make a limited event to where we can exchange each order we don't want for 10 GE and each universal backup for 2-5 GE, if ya'll do that then i can guarantee the servers that deal with inventorys will get a reduced load from less items being in each player's inventory. (maybe instead of GE, make it to where we can exchange a large number of universal backups/orders for a low tier unique vehicle such as Example: WW1 Aircraft.)

Better idea... all of these crates I get from every patch drop/season that require a key to open... make the keys available for SL or something. I shouldn't have to go to the market and buy keys that were only provided by the snail for the sole purpose of soaking cash into GJN. Even more, make the crates contain more valuable items, not just a skin or decorator and the rare chance for some "ultra rare" vehicle that I cant use because it is rank 1. Maybe if we can get rid of the unused boxes, we can clean up the servers a bit.

I main USA naval and my 2 favourite ships are Sommers, for her speed to get into good spots early in the battle and excellent firepower, and Sumner, for both her overwhelming anti air/anti pt boat capability’s and excellent 5inch guns.

No... the Isreali tech tree was more important than the French Naval trees. Gaijin knows that Naval is not high demand, so they won't try to get more revenue from a mode which they consider dead.

@@nicolaspeigne1429 Oh don't worry.... Isreal tech tree is of no interest to me. The vehicles are essentially copies of current tech-tree variants from other nations. And I really don't feel like grinding another set of crews from zero. It is almost a blatantly obvious cash-grab at this point. They get revenue from the pre-order premiums, they get revenue for people adding crew points to fresh crews... they get revenue from all of that, all while not adding anything of substantial value to the game or the community. I am all for Isreal having some form of it's own tech-tree... But I just don't see it anywhere near the top-ten of needs in game right now. Gaijin needs revenue, so the Isreali tech tree is next. Pretty obvious.

Could there be a new series where you talk about each class type and mention what they are, how to use them and special mentions of that class. For example light tanks, stile bombers, light cruisers ect?

Nice to see that my favorite (Z32) is on the list, and i got my first light cruiser thanks to it :D

I say #1 is Sumner it has really good anti ship 10 torpedo tube in two Quintuple tubes and 3 dual mount 127 mm guns with AAVT shells that can be used against planes. Also it's got really good AA 2 dual mount Bofors, 2 quad mount Bofors and 10 20mm Orelikons. Plus it's got a considerable amount of hull, deck, bridge, and turret armour. I would say it's only big downside is speed. As for USS Somers I say it biggest weakness is AA beyond that I would say it is a really good ship.

French navy when

New top 3rd destroyer is definitely the USS Davis. It doesn’t get full wrap around anti frag armor but is still very survivable and it gets a fantastic weapon loadout less torps in exchange for more firing 20mils which I prefer over torps. For manual anti air targeting, the spacing almost assured contact.

For me its USS Fletcher during last Operation Suffer, at one point i had to fight 3-5 ships alone and manage to win with a total naval kill of 11 and Air kill of 5 with 1 death and 1 backup, got more points than the top 2 of the enemy team

Royal Navy Fleet destroyers I feel are the best, especially all of the Tribal class. A bunch of reasonable AA and some very hard-hitting guns!

From my experience, Jervis is my favourate destroyer. The Tribal types in general are great

USS Sumner is my favorite because of anti aircraft defenses

You should add ships in France Sweden and China

I doubt China has many ww2 ships but they certainly do have some pre war and post war

For me I personally like the Italian 4.3 Soldati destroyers are really good especially with the most recent Naval decompression BR updates. Also want to shout out the Battle destroyers, I personally like Armada vs Tobruk but both are really good.

the tobruks fire rate is nuts, you dont miss the extra battery at all

Tobruk is the best destroyer in my opinion, 4 guns in front, 3 second reload with no ammo stage, good AAA.

The downside to destroyers is that when you hit 5.0 like you get witn the Tobruk, is you eventually run up against players in Atlanta class light cruisers and get absolutely lit up by those quickfiring 5inch guns.

you can meet Atlantas when you reach 4.3, cause you can get thrown into matches up to 1.0 BR higher than your highest vehicle in the deck (it's also not recommended to take an aircraft that his of a higher BR than your best ship, cause then the matchmaker considers your aircraft's BR for the matchmaking)

My favorite is the Z15 Erich SteinBrinck due to its great AA firepower capability and decent 127mms which are rapid firing

I like the naval battles. It's basically like sniping on a huge vehicular scale. I wish there was the Battlestations game modes added though.

Hi, you could add an option in which when we fly the plane and leave it using also a parachute, could you add options in which after leaving the plane we could Turn into a soldier so that we could continue the game as a soldier (of course, playing on the ground, but it depends on what terrain we will fly by parachute) and before that we could choose whether yes or not.. Could you add that or something like that? Of course, if you would like to and agree to it just like other players.

I'm interested to see more naval based videos.

There is one destroyer other Shimakaze with a lot of torpedoes and that’s USS Benham she had 16 torpedos altogether on that destroyer

For me: I suggest using Moskva the Russian destroyer it is fast and has 5 130 mm main guns and 8 torpedo it also has 8 AA turret and has a speed of 80 km/h in realistic battle it deserve some rewards, it is also maneuverable so it can dodge incoming torpedoes. that right there is a good design of soviet destroyers

I have a really big problem with the camouflage decoration, a lot of people cover the entire front of the tank making the tank on some maps really unspotable especially on the low br that i play making the game quite pay to win and my friend told who plays too the same thing, on high br i haven't got there yet but there you have thermal scope so i don't think its that big problem like low br. I need some tips and tricks to spot them the fastest possible before i got send back to my hangar

@@DiceStrike I can't play arcade cause of the gow easy it is for the panzers to pen my tank and I can't start Germany cause they killed my half family at ww2 so i prefer rb to even have a chance to kill one when it doesn't expect it but i will try to learn tha maps too. Thanks

My favorite destroyer is the Freccia, event it has almost no armor. The MBK soviet destroyers are quite too slow to get the golden medal inspite they can survive more hits than other destroyers in the game.

The Freccia used to be broken. Apparently its 40mm vt fuse rounds were bugged and caused way more damage than they should have. I remember destroying DD 4km away in less than 10 secondes. Or running away in my DD when knowing a Freccia was less than 5km away from me.

USS Mitscher and USS Fletcher are probably my fave destroyers

Do a video like this also with light/heavy cruisers

Of course Porter class nothing can survive from the 5 inch guns and sick VT shells

Akizuki is my favorite destroyer, but the only problem I could of for Akizuki only has one quadruple torpedo launcher but other than that Akizuki feels like a pocket cruisers, That’s my opinion.

Sorry, couldn't tell you what my favorite destroyer is, it's been two months since I've been able to enjoy Naval.

what is the name of the music that you play in the background?

Can we get San Giorgio and Impetouso destroyers for Italy? These will help a lot.

Fubuki should have gotten at least a honorary mention as she is the very 1st of the modern destroyers, influecing destroyer design for decades and being able to keep up with ships of the 1940s while being a ship of the 1920s herself

Leningrad, while not the best, is very fun. _Speed_

Btw as for the American destroyer why didn't you use the more modern Fletcher or Gearing, instead of the older Somers?

I would love to have zhe bismarck in the game, but my fav. destro,er right now is the Erich Giese.

Maybe just come up with something other than conquest on ground rb and naval? Like carrier defence? Capture the flag? TDM?

range and click basically. Whoever spams the most shots at one ship at a time wins. Keep an eye out for small boats yoloing you. About it. Kinda boring and weird to play as some shots do damage and others dont do sht.

having to sit in queue for up to six minutes for a ten minute up tiered battle. i can't do it anymore.

Akizuki and Bezuprechny. Not sure why, but I got only good games with the Bezuprechny.

How do you buy the Nuestrashimy? Is it Marketplace only? Favorite Destroyers are Sumner, Z25, Tashkent, and of course Aquilone.

The Pr. 41, Neustrashimy is introduced in Update 1.97 "Viking Fury" and originally a Golden Eagles premium. But it was removed from sale due to the fleet research changes in Update "New Power".

I only like to use torpedo boats in ship beatles because most of the destroyer players don't care about them until it's too late

those American ships are something...i always mistakely turn the wrong corner in my tashkent and they fire so darn fast iam out in seconds
