Sauer 100 Classic XT chambered in 6.5x55 Swede. Does everything I need it to do.

I have the model 70 and also a 30-30 marlin , that browning lever action caught my eye!

Model 700 Remington in .30-06. Fine rifle. Hunted a long time with a M1903-A3 sporter. (Sporterized in the early '50s). And that was an accurate rifle.

Ruger gunsite scout 308. Only bolt action I have. Would love to get a bergara in 30-06.

Personally I own several of these rifles mentioned here. I would also consider Remington 700 as an outstanding rifle.

Bergara B14 ridge in .308. Very accurate and lethal.... Use it out west for dear and elk. Longer shots and stopping power are great with this combo out to about 500y

For me a 243 you can take small to medium game with it

Who makes the rifle on the video picture? The synthetic one.

I own a few cva rifles in .35 whelen, 45-70, and .450 bushmaster, i love them and also i own a couple of savage axis in .308 and .400 legend, all are deer 🦌 getters but i didn't hear you mention them.

I shoot a Tikka Model 55 deluxe in 308. Bought while stationed in Germany in 1984, the gun is a wonderful tool. I don't miss with this rifle. I also have a Marlin 336 for the north woods of Wisconsin. Can't go wrong with either rifle.

Hey,bud I got the same rifle in 6mm.Rem..had it since 79..I love it..

The 30-30 has more than just 170 grain cartridges. Personally for deer I feel that any caliber that is .24 caliber or larger.

The Marlin 336 is more used now and better the 94. The scope can be put the best place

browning rifles are good except the floor plate is wobbly is not tight it always makes noise when rifle is moved

I've shot about 50 deer with my Browning A bolt since the 80's. Plus pronghorn, mulies, moose. 30-06. One shot kills each. Can't beat it. $338 new.

Remington model seven . Laminated stock. Luepold vx2 3x9.18.5 inch barrel in 7mm 08. Sweet spot!

No Remington 700 no thumbs up!

Like browning much?? Save your money. Savage 110 is a great rifle

REMINGTON IS STILL A DISASTER, WINCHESTER MOD 70, Not getting great Results , in Accuracy compared to many others. There are decent Choices , but can be confusing now days. Its hard to beat the Tikka overall, even though it has some plastic parts. I really want to See Remington, get it Together, once and for all, and The Beautiful Mod 70 issues solved period.

“Not part of the classic standard” Who cares? Hunters sporterized many military surplus rifles for deer hunting, it’s just a tradition that’s moved with the weapons of the time.
