Do you think you could help me? I am fairly new to using these types of things and I have some trouble with downloading Winter Voices. I put the file in my sampler packs folder but when I load it I get this error, "Unable to parse XML from DecentSampler preset file" Do you know what this means?

Hey fam, I hope you're good. I'm not sure what that code means but what I must ask is how are you loading the preset? Do you open decent sampler in your DAW and select load or are you trying to open it from the folder?
