    You may miss something, that wood guide/fence can be also use as 45 degrees with some adjustments on your design

    @@Handy_SpaceI am asking because i did everything your way and i have to put support under machined angle.Machined angle gets weak and when i cut 2x4 wood i don't get 90 degree.

    thank you for sharing, cute little video demonstration. this is not the best way to make a crosscut jig. many unnecessary steps and impractical methods are shown here.

    There are better solutions: take fabricated Al L rails, do not cut rail holders - prevents fine adjustment, it can cut longer? ...

    Nice ... but what if u have to cut board 2m long , 5 cm width to 2.5 cm 😐😐😐 This is a massive problem... can't find good solution... 😓😠😕
