This looks exactly like Scottish Tiffin but with marshmallows. Scottish Tiffin is amazing so I’m sure his is super yummy as well. Gotta love the pink marshmallows

For those who don't know what sweetened condensed milk is or can't get it there are recipes on YT. I'm pretty sure it's just evaporated milk mixed with regular sugar and reduced till thick which will darken the color a bit. :o)

OMG SO MUCH CHOCOLATE! DROOOOOL!! I've had a similar recipe, but the chocolate was mixed with peanut butter. Yours looks better especially with the orange zest, white chocolate and cookies!

Awkward Soul Peanut butter sounds like a great addition. This version is great for Christmas but you can't beat chocolate & peanut butter!

I've been watching this every night and now I just got my ingredients! I have danish instead of digrstive cookies though, and rice crispies instead of cranberrieries, and white choco chips instead of huge chunks. but the colorful marshmallows I did not miss! so excited to do it tomorrow! I will be making 360 squares for 60 people! thanks so much for this!

in america we do a version with butterscotch chips instead of chocolate, and add in marshmallows and peanuts, its amazing!
