Hey man, awesome videos. I've been watching over the last few days and am enjoying all your Chinese culinary adventures! If you get the time and funds to do so, you should travel more of the country. China is HUGE and home to many types of people who call themselves Chinese. All of them have different variations of flavors and cooking styles. If you ever travel back to Canada, you should hit up the Chinatown in your home province and have dim sum there. I am sure you will be able to find Chicken Feet there as well! Keep up the good work, hope to see more videos!
