I really love the native line, I tried the coconut one and it was a bit to heavy but when I switched to the volumizing line (the green one) my hair has been so healthy I’ve been loving it!

I really enjoyed this for a nice change of pace. It was different but I always enjoy your content. I have wavy hair and I did like Jozi curls spray from Target. I do use Not Your Mother's Line but I must say Cake from Walgreens has a liquid foam mousse that reminds of Aveda's phomollient. I enjoy the foam since I overall am not a mousse fan. The Cake line isn't bad. I like only certain Maui Moisture lines. Others weigh down my baby fine hair. I must say I am still searching for the right product for my baby fine wavy hair that will hold. I notice I need grit like a salt spray to help with body and volume.

It’s honestly just not great ingredients 😅😅 I don’t understand it at all. But everyone’s hair is different !!! It’s possible you could love it 😅 but I was not impressed at all

I’m in the UK and I’ve used the Rhyme and Reason curl quench shampoo and conditioner. I do like it, however I find the shampoo leaves your hair SQUEAKY clean so I feel I need A LOT of conditioner but I use it when I have product build up and as someone with a sensitive scalp it works well and doesn’t cause flakes ❤

This is what I’ve been finding with this line too. I use the waves shampoo and my hair feels like STRAW after using it. And no conditioner ever feels like it has enough slip to make up for it 😂

The curl talk packaging is new yes! I noticed this too. The gel is clear not the cream though.

Eons ago when you recommended the Maui Moisture Flaxseed, shampoo and condition, I tried it and loved it. Recently got the hibiscus. It's fine, but like the flaxseed one better.

The thank you part had me dieing laughing! 😂 I have tried soooo many of the shampoos and conditioners and styling products from shea moisture, not your moths, maui moisture, I always come back to the hibiscus one from shea moisture for some reason my waves get more curly when I use that one in particular all the other ones just leave my hair blehh. Lol although I could not afford to spend 20 bucks on shampoo and conditioner this month so I just went with an old house hold favorite because they came in a duo pack for 8 bucks. I haven't bought cheap shampoo in years lol

The Maui Moisture worked for me initially but I feel that it was drying my hair towards the end. I finished the bottle but I wouldn't buy it again honestly. Right now I'm using shampoo from the generic line of Sally's and it has sulfates but my hair seems to be doing better. I'm using the generic Paul Mitchell Detangler and I had forgotten how moisturizing and softening it is.

Where I live in the Phoenix area, there is a Starbucks inside most Targets. Two birds with one stone!

Idk if you would be up for it but you should look into sustanable packaged hair products! Shampoo bars and conditioners are easier to come by now. But sadly gels, creams ects are not. 😅 But I think it would be cool to see what/if you liked any conditioning bars.

My fave drugstore products are the Not your Mothers curl talk cream, and Cake the curl whip mousse! Also love the Biotera alcohol free defining gel from Sally’s but don’t think that counts as drugstore?

I’ve used that yellow bottle for my scalp a couple years ago. It wasn’t too bad on my scalp I’d have to try it again but it felt soooo cooling. Also I’ve been using that rhyme and reason quench and curl shampoo. Personally, it’s not good or bad for me I don’t notice a difference.

Ok so I got the Rhyme and Reason shampoo (whichever one the pink one is?) And I was very disappointed because it make my hair squeaky and my dandruff worse :( but if it works for other people that's great

In the UK we dont have all of these, we get some Shea Moisture but not the whole collection. I wish Not Your Mother's curl talk was here, tried some once, loved it. UK brands i recommend, Boots Curl Creme (super cheap but a holy grail), Only Curls, Umberto Giannini, curl flo, flora and curl (I think its british?). The US and Canada get all the good shit

Oh no. I ran to target for a prescription the other day and randomly grabbed a bottle of your do not buy brand. :( I hadn’t heard of it before so I thought I’d try. I can’t even remember the product I grabbed. It wasn’t shampoo or conditioner though. 🤔

Watch Spanish tv shows (with English subtitles) preferably something you might like. I’ve picked up more than I thought from doing that and I read somewhere that it’s the best way to learn a language.

You might already be doing this, but try applying a hair mask after shampooing (while still in the shower), then comb it through with the widest toothed comb you can find, let sit for a few minutes -- I clip mine up on my head -- then rinse.

What I really need to know is…did the cold brew get left behind? But seriously I have too many products and I can’t buy more so watching this video is majorly dangerous.

Everybody loves the coconut products but my hair just hates it. It smells so good. My hair likes rice protein, wheat protein, argan oil, but coconut oil always gives me a bad hair day. 2b/2c fine but dense hair.

I was never one of those daily Starbucks customers but I definitely go even less now. Their prices are the most ridiculous, down right insulting. You're better off buying the premium drinks than regular iced coffee because it's not worth the price anymore. In store Starbucks like the ones at Albertsons tend to have better deals.

I really disliked rhyme and reason shampoo and conditioner. I got the curly line. It felt very stripping and my hair was unbelievably greasy the next day! I can usually go 4-5 days without washing my hair. I’m returning it sadly

NYM Line seriously makes my hair fall out in clumps. So much so i called my Dr as i had lost too much hair in 2 weeks. It still hasn't grown back. With every wash globs were going down the drain. I thought something serious was wrong with me. 😢 Anyone else experience this?
