I've just got the FTX Outback fury 1/10 run on 2s it goes anywhere even had it fully submerged in a stream crossing and the upgrades are unreal like metal portal axles and even tracks bud.

I would recommend any ftx crawlers really well made

Nice! Getting you back into the mini crawler scene! We have got a little HobbyPlus CR-24 now - much the same as the predecessor from FTX of yours - and very impressed with it so far, I have to say.

The TX is a turbo racing used with many RC like Losi Mini B and T, very cool! I really like that Crawler! Nice review

Yes mate! What a TINY BEAST! really liked your knocked up course some shiny surfaces in the mix and it handled them no probs, I bet it’s really good on the dirt! Great vid once again, will be sharing to my group on FB. Thanks mate

What is an rgt version?

I picked a Mini V2 up a few weeks ago, for a silly amount of money, and was asounded at how good it was. Apart from my son breaking the rear driveshaft, by putting it on full lock, and then driving it into the living room carpet, I've had no issues. That red is fab

Its an amazing little truck and has made me want to try out more little crawlers which are similar! Great stuff and agreed the red is great!

That looks so cool mate,me and my son have a couple of the ftx 1/18 crawlers they are so much fun and great for the money and the run time is amazing also. I can see your really getting into your crawlers lately.

Cheers Brad. Have to admit i have never been a huge crawler fan more into my bashing and speed running these days but this is ideal to cure the boredom when its raining outside!

I've had one for awhile. Upgraded the shocks, wheels, tires, wheel weights, motor, and have a new fcx24 esc on the way. I run it on 2s lipo. The slow crawl modulation isn't very good with this truck so an esc upgrade is advised.

I owned one of these before my scx24 its a great truck if you find it top end heavy i put a 2.0 shell on and its a game changer

I had a set of the early ones and I would advise metal drive shaft upgrades. The only thing I broke on them🙂

I have a full size outback and this would be good a addition to the my fleet and would be very fun

The 2.0 is a better truck. Lower centre of gravity, metal roll cage, bigger battery, lights that stay on, option for a 3rd chanel

Do the chevrolet c10 from axiel i think i want one, and then do some brass part swaps. So it would be interesting to see

Hello, Is your FTX mini 3.0 also hanging much over to the right? When I measure my rear bumper from the ground it is 3mm ( =10%) lower on the right. I wonder if this is common or just an error on my new one. Hope to read your response. Thanks!

Can the RGT use a 2s 7.4 v battery that the FMS models use?

Yes i believe all parts are readily available :)

If you enjoy mini crawlers the Axial SCX24 is the one to get. Twice the price of this one though.

I see the SCX24 and i like it a lot but as you say it is double the price. Is it worth the extra cost maybe we will soon find out :)

@@beyondRC definitely check out the SCX24 down the line, mate - I managed to snag a Jeep one and it is simply astounding. I was impressed with the CR-24, but the SCX24, with its monster super-sticky tyres, is just an absolute beast and punches well above its weight.

Did anyone notice, it says 1/18 scale on manual 😕
