No way I'd pay that much for this car. Way better ones out and faster
RIP Paul Walker :(
The $280 is just a kit, the red one has no diff or 2 speed, the green one has a diff and 2 speed transmission, can switch from 2wd too 4 lo and 4 hi !!!!!!!!!! Also says it has 8x shocks vs. 4x
hey there, can i get rechargable batteries for the controller, or do i have to get AA batteries that will need to be replaced?
You can get rechargeable AA which are nimh and they can be used in all rc controllers just like alkaline aa
@@beyondRC Thank you for your swift response. 💜
Hi, I enjoyed watching the video. Although the Rlaarlo Omni Carbon and the AM-D12 are in different categories, I am curious about which product you would recommend in terms of build quality and performance when comparing the two. 😊
Omni is way better quality than the am d12 it’s a great desert buggy but the omni feels more like a premium product
@@beyondRC thanks, friend
Nice review! Now, i've seen a lot of reviews on phantom xt over here, but not from your channel! Maby in the future.. with all interes!!
Will take a look
Keep up the good work
Why does this video start out like a cheap porn movie? I wasn't sure if they were gonna rc or bang each other
Had a Grasshopper. Virtually the same. Bad switch speedos with hot big resistor & extra 4 batt pack. Heavy use of threadlock or even locktite to stop screws falling out the 'plastic' Tamiya used. But then they were fast! That gearbox housing would eventually crack on one axle. Then it was Schumacher & losi, carbon fibre & aluminium materials. & Mardave kits were extremely cheap(never had one though). & Bec circuits & electronic speedos came along. Still got a Tamiya Peugeot 306 later on. They still did the best 'real cars' only still using that durable plastic. & Hop up parts only for things like suspension etc.
This is one I have but it really works best on 6s and its its far better than armour and traxxs And also don't know what packs you uess but I have no problem with two 3s 60c+ 6000mah+ But I do occasionally run mine on 4s with two 2s pacs and average 25 minutes running if I am not belting to poor thing I've have mine for about 5 years And I am still on original diffs main chassis shocks and more this thing is way stronger than the likes of the armor that like to shattere lower arms and diff case and shock towers as for traxxas while grate thay are way over price for what thay are
THANK YOU FOR THIS VID!!! Didn’t know how to take the frame off!
What is it called
Has to be the most laughable rc this year so far 😂
For sure haha
Mn and wpl are 2 peas in a pod
They should improve the MN86/128's chassis instead. That platform is 1/10th ready with few adjustments.
For sure 👌
TWO BLOODY HUNDRED.!! 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂
Joke mate
Someone described that design over a phone with a very bad signal & they used a translator.! 😉 😉
😂😂😂
@@beyondRCWell, you tried Ricky... The headlights weren't too bad.... From a distance.! As always, please stay safe out there mate & the very best wishes from Scotland 🏴 🙏 ❤️ 📻 🕹️ 🔋 🚗 🚖 🚕 🚔 🚚 🚙 🚘 🚓 🚒 🚑 🚐 🚎 🚤 🚁 🛩️ 👍 👍 👍
That’s an expensive underperforming toy. You gave it a fair shake but nope.
it sounds horrible
I have the same one
Where is this area? I’m Chelmsford mate
Galleywood common 👍
@@beyondRC cheers. Do you know a good place for speed runs aswel in Chelmsford mate
What’s quicker and better out the box for this price range mate? I’m INTRESTED 😊
Hyper for sure ...
People should only recommend big name brands like the main ones: Traxxas, Arrma, Redcat, Team Associated, and maybe Tamiya.
There are some decent lesser well known brands out there not all about the big brands 👍
Utter nonsense!
Can you also review the new mn168?
1:26 AWW you like it!👍
Based on interactions I've had with MN staff this doesn't surprise me. Some of these small companies think they're gods gift to RC.
100%
So does Traxxash.! 😉 😉
@@alantaylor353 for you.
They should make other bodies for their 86/128's chassis . Why do they rebrand from austar 😂
@@Latimerias_trailncrawlthese aren't Austar bodies, Austar hard bodies are actually very good.!! So are Injora, they're the best imho. These are just badly made copies.! Stay safe out there mate & best wishes from Scotland 🏴 🙏 ❤️
To bad eh , but It looks like a capable rig. Cheers bud
Seems awful cheap
It's a shame this looks to be not so good. There seems to be a big brand following for their cars, but they are really hit or miss!! Unfortunately for them, at this price point, people will vote with their feet, and spend their hard earned on something more deserving!! 🤷🏻♂️
needs to be £80 i reckon
@@beyondRC sub £100 for sure!! 🤷🏻♂️
I was wondering what that hum was😂 that is pathetic for that price point. You should make your next video of it being crushed by a hydraulic press
hahaha
mn128 is cheaper and way superior
Traxxas x01 🗿
I think if it was half the price, then it's a maybe. But at £200.00 that's a 👎. You can get better crawlers at this price point.😊
for sure shouldnt be anymore than £70-100
I actually like the look of it, looking at it running it looks a bit stopy starty but I guess that’s the electrics as you say, I have one of those Chinese esc’s that might just help it out. Excellent review mate your not one to bullshit and you don’t beat round the bush with crawlers either hahaha
ha ha cheers mate!
Great review Ricky, I think that RC Car will be consigned to the bin, 😁
