Not what I heard about polyester. I was told it is easy to keep clean and good on stairs….

You should always use some sort of hard surface mat with office chairs over the carpet. No carpet is going to hold up well over time to rolling desk chairs.

Holy cow carpet is boring. I just need to replace a 10x10 bedroom carpet that is many years old.. I'd consider tiles but I think the original floor is rough.
