Same here! I Just installed mine yesterday thanks to watching this video and I freaking love it.

I order mine 3 weeks ago and had it installed today. Im in love with with this sound. Now time to get the dfm delete so I can opener up and get the real sound of this beast.

I watched all your exhaust videos from the muffler delete, borla, and now the awe. Yes this is an older video but man, I got to tell you… thank you so much… I bought the awe and I couldn’t be happier. This exhaust sounds the absolute best.

After a looooooong search, I went with a AWE cat back for my '18 F150 5.0, and I LOVE it!! Cold starts are rowdy and when you get on it, it's properly loud. But when I'm cruising down the highway or driving thru the neighborhood it's nice and quiet. No in cab drone and all the foot down fun.

It’s funny how I was looking at this exhaust for a little while now and wondered what it sounded like and if there was a slight increase in power at all, but couldn’t find much yet but after hearing it on yours, I have officially decided that it’s mostlikely what I’m going to end up going with great vid keep up the good work buddy..

Wow...I have a 22 Trail Boss with the 6.2 and put Borla S type true dual on it and thought it was the best sounding exhaust I've ever heard...until I heard this! Well done sir...can't wait to see what you do next!

I first ran the AWE Touring catback on my 2018 Mustang GT and fell in Love with the Deep V8 Overtones that catback gives, nothing compares not even the Corsa Extreme w/ double H pipe !!! SO IM gonna buy This catback too for my 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L Limited SLT and Thanks for helping me to make that Decision !!! ;)

This sounds just like the Borla Atak crate muffler I put on my 6.2. Sounds amazing!!

You and the AutoVlog guy are exhaust nuts. I'm 75 and still love the noise of a good exhaust system. I'm looking like you did at something not too loud inside the cab but sounds good outside and get my windows tinted at the same time. Love the sound of the Camaro, sounds like an explosion when it first starts. My GMC is also black but just stock 2 wheel drive a 19 SLT with 7800 miles. I just sit and look at it once in awhile then maybe wax on it a little.

I remember in highschool I hit a pot hole on my way to work and knocked my truck out of alignment (I had just aligned it myself in autoshop class but forgot to torque it down), I ended up buying a socket, driver and wrench big enough, jacked up my truck in the work parking lot and aligned enough to get home and get it back in autoshop to properly do it. I was impressed I got it aligned enough where it took like 10 minutes and it was perfect. Just wanted to say I'm also a big fan of channel. I found this channel after I got my 01 Silverado and subscribed almost immediately. I love what you've done with the Trail Boss. Especially with this new exhaust sounds perfect for a V8.

That’s crazy you just dropped this video because when I watched the maro video with the AWE exhaust I looked to see if they made an exhaust for the Silverado and I ordered it 😂 this is awesome!

AWE for the win again! I'm a recent new AWE fan boy. Debated for over a year and finally put the touring on my GT500 (and now wonder why I waited so long!). I rarely listen to music so I can just listen to the music they make instead! Plus, they look the best, too, in my opinion. I think the combo of AWE and GM engines is hard to beat! Your ZL1 is one damn fine machine! Love your videos.

Really dig the AWE exhaust!! I also really hate the sticky coating that GM uses!

I just learned about AWE having an exhaust for my 21 6.2 Trail Boss earlier today......then you drop a video on it a few hours later. Well done. I'm absolutely in love with the aggressive sound. How is the cabin noise at cruising speeds on the highway......and you know what I mean about our Texas "cruising speeds". Keep up the good work brother.

This is definitely the one I'd prefer as well, I'm still running the muffler delete but the borla didn't seem better enough to justify the spend imo. This tho?! This is sick! Definitely the most mature sounding. Great vid!

Been loving your videos. Brought home a 2020 5.3 RST 2 weeks ago absolutely love the truck and I've already followed many of your mods. The LASFIT LED light upgrades, cold air induction and added the boost auto parts wiring harness that turns on the cargo lights and tailgate light with reversing. Easy 5 min install. Looking to do the exhaust next. Do you have someone lined up for your borla exhaust? Thanks for showing us all many of these mods are doable in our own garages!

Likely going to retrofit it to my Dad's '99 Silverado

As with a lot of other truck owners on here I’ve been researching and watching and listening to a lot of exhaust systems on KZread. I narrowed it down to the AFE Vulcan and now the AWE OFG. Only problems is, my 21 Silverado 1500 LT 2WD came with a single side exit. No bumper cut outs, which would be really nice. So, I’m torn between a single pipe side exit or quads out the back. I just wanted a little beefier sound than stock.

I’m watching your all the videos, I’m also planning to buy 2024 trail boss 6.2L v8 this year can’t wait to buy This exhaust. 😊your videos are awesome 👏 thank you Men.

I recently acquired a 2021 z71 rst and your a bad influence because now I want to do these mods to my truck

I have been following for a while since I got my 2014 z71 and idk why I have not seen this yet. As soon as you hit the start and it fired up I now have a order and delivery date and other issues 😂

I agree with eveyone else! This exhaust sounds amazing on my 2023 Silverado Z71 RST. I ordered a Borla S-Type after you installed it on your Trail Boss. Then saw the other video with the AWE. I though to myslef, he’s an idiot for swapping exhaust again. I take that thought back, good move to the AWE!! I got a refund for the Bora with no regrets.

AWE is AWEsome. Everything will drone at certain instances, just depends on if any materials in the vehicle vibrate at the same frequencies. Having the Y collector up front helps smooth the pulses that go under your cab, then get split post muffler. So you get a smoother trumb (not sure how to spell it but its the smooth V8 rumble at speed) exhaust tone rather than two 4 cylinders arguing out of phase... now an X pipe would make it scream

I like the black gunk on the frame. Protects it from rust up here in Iowa.

I have the dirt king alignment cams on my 2019. Works great. They’ve been on for 2 years . I have the king 3.0 IBP shocks all 4 corners. You were talking about doing something different to yours… run the kings! Seriously best ride.

Thng about trucks is that they sound way better and throatier in person than on video

I installed this exhaust on my new 2022 silverado and the tips do not want to clamp down at all😔, but this exhaust sounds nice even without the tips installed

I was just about to mention the dirt king alignment cams when I heard you mention prerunner and knocked out alignment.

I subscribed seconds before you told me to so honestly yeah a shop would be sick. Love the trucks.

Just picked up a 20 TB from Copart...it has painted Red hdmi exhaust tips...yeah Red...imagine red tips on a dark grey truck..and yes it looks like an excited puppy.

Truck sounds Great! Looking better all the time. I was thinking about getting some Rough Country F-C319201 Fender Flares for my Silverado. They have built in Mudflaps. Very clean look. Might be a good look for your truck and protect the paint from those Heavy offset tires 👍🏻.

Definitely Love Mine!! This video helped me make the decision to Go AWE.

Hey bud I have a 2020 1500 RST and I have the dirt king alignment bolts and they work great. The Firestone out here by me wouldn’t align my truck because of them but NTB took care of it for me. I would definitely recommend getting them

Good video but it's good to see how loud is inside cabin . I had to remove my Flowmaster was to loud inside.wife and kids were getting headaches.

I've had mine installed for a year now. Gotta say absolutely love it. Note: I have the Pulsar LT with dfm disabled. When you slow down, does your truck have a burble? Mine does and it's crazy, its like it has a burble tune from factory😅

Videos keep coming out better awe on the camaro sound like eagles and on the silverado it sounds like merica 🇺🇲 Keep it brother

I picked up a new Gibson cat>back exhaust for my '22 Silverado 6.2 for $365 shipped (someone messed up). So that's what I'm going to be rocking. Also, AFE's kit for my Silverado is $2195 (chrome tip) or $100 more for the black diamond tip. Can't justify that cost, gotta pass, but sounds great.

Dude you’re going to love it! I have a 21 Silverado custom trail boss 5.3L and I have a Gibson full catback and I absolutely love the sound, it has a deep aggressive rumble to it (especially on them cold starts 😮‍💨) also when your cruising on the highway it’s pretty quiet. No cabin drone whatsoever, it’s 👌🏻

In your best review, compare borla s type to awe. Sound decibel. Growl , deepness , ect. I’m tossed up between the two.

I run the king 3.0 IBP (coilovers up front obviously) all 4 corners best ride! You gotta run the 3.0 they just look better.
