had chicago comb co combs for a few years now. lost them and repurchased. super high quality. the hole is for professional barbers. they usually wear a pouch belt around their waist, so having a hole, they can quickly grab it. just a quality of life thing for barbers

I just got the #10 and the #8 (with the handle) today and I’m already really enjoying them and already plan on ordering a few more since I’m growing my hair out. My beard seems to respond to wide teeth much better than narrow teeth. Thanks so much for the recommendation.

You need the No.8 Comb if you have a dense underbeard. They are an absolute game changer!!

When I first started growing my beard I started with a oxhorn comb. Then when Chicago Combs came out with the pet comb and it was so cheap on Amazon I bought one. I like the pet comb so much for my beard that when Chicago Combs came out with the model number 10 I immediately bought the number 10 to carry in my pocket so when I'm out somewhere and need to touch up the beard I have a comb with me.

I have a 6, 7 and 8. At least, I think those are the numbers. I have the one with the narrow and wide teeth, the wide tooth with the handle and the pick. I really like them.

i have a wooden comb i use to detangle my beard. i usually use it in the shower since the hot steamy water helps loosen up the hairs a lot. i do need a comb for outside the shower so i might look at some of these. though kent does tend to cost a bit more but seems worth it.

I tried the Chicago 8 comb, could not get it through my curly beard. Would not budge. I think because the teeth are too thin.

I have a number 8 and a pet comb. Lol. If anybody know about the pet comb that chicago combc make. Some bearded people discovered that the somb was great foe beards, it just say pet comb. I got mine from amazon around the $3 price range.
