Midfirst is. That's the one that I use. There are many more tier-2 banks that don't have monthly fees.

pnc bank doesn't have any min deposit even for above 25

Yeah they usually revoke your visa and blacklist you too enter us for like 10 years, and obviously your admit at the university is terminated and fees u paid will not be given back and send you back to your country escorted by a security personell as you are considered like a criminal.

Yes, the rule is that you can only actively work for the organisation that is sponsoring your visa (in my case, the university)
