Green Godess is a dressing invented at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco in 1923. Parsley, herbs, anchovies, mayo, garlic, lemon juice, etc. The 'original' recipe seems to have varied over the years.

I was at Las Vegas two weeks ago for a fashion convention for work and it was all work and no play, no gambling and no buffet, my most lamest Vegas trip ever... I did not know about the secret Lunar NY buffet, I'll remember it for the next year haha. Gonna watch this video to make up for the trip I suppose, thanks for another great video and have a great trip to Thai Land! :D

Its been slow cooked and the way its cut is through the bone. so you are seeing the cross section of the bone. Its also cooked to perfect temp from what it looks like so it may seem raw but it isnt.

I remember the days when you would NOT eat raw fish. Bravo in your food appreciation progress! Thanks for a great vid.

if you see something called squab that's another name for pigeon. It's not like they are catching them off of the street. They are farmed raised like any other bird you'd eat

No time limit? I'm in next year, Feb 10, but that also lines up with the Superbowl. Cost probably near $100? Belagio (Jasmine) and Wynn (Wing Lei) I know have Lunar New Year specific buffets.
