Stayed at Raffles, multiple times in the 1980s. It is a beautiful hotel. One of my favorite things to do, was to go to the Tiger Balm garden, and watch the peacocks prancing wild in the well maintained gardens. I never had a bad experience in Singapore and the food was excellent.

Why do you eat pasta like you're eating ramen noodles?! There's no broth to slurp.

For the price of SGD $168++, I would have multiple helpings to the lobster, beef, oyster, uni and skip the carbs altogether to get my fill. I can have my carbs and veg or fruits when I get home. It’s nice of you to give us an entire preview to what is on offer! Thanks a lot Mike!

The variety of the flavor experience looks to be off the charts. Not just about eating as much meat and seafood as possible. This truly looks like an exquisite dining experience.

I’ve eaten here, and yes that’s how the dishes look. It’s an ala carte buffet so they can prep and arrange the dishes properly

My mouth was watering watching all those delicious dishes being served! And I really love those blue pottery bowls a lot of dishes are being served on. Everything looks excellent quality.

Hi Mike, Just to let you know, osteria bbr has since closed. Kindly let your viewers know if possible and cheers. I tried to make a reservation only to be made known that another italian restaurant has taken over and they dont have sunday brunch.

Mike probably ate more lobsters than anyone else. That's why he didn't mind having the carbs and its variety. For a peasant like me, I would have just gone for the expensive stuff like urchin, lobsters and oysters. Thanks for showing all there is available!
