Hey Silo, great video as always! Just wanted to let you know, Established Titles has been outed as a scam company (see video by Scott Shafer for details). TLDR is that they sell you a plot of private land known as a "souvenir plot", which is a piece of land of inconsiderable size, where the sale has not been legally documented. These sales do *not* grant the holder a Lord/Ladyship. ET is a child company of "Fail Ventures", a company based in Hong Kong, with no ties to Scotland. Fail Ventures has also created many "scammy" companies like Deal Dash and Kamikoto, which makes the whole thing incredibly shady, and I would not recommend working with them.

If you ever start off airsoft, id recommend an AEG m4. they are super reliable and good for both cqb and milsims. IF you ever buy a pistol, id recommend using a non blowback pistol with propane. propane is not as good for the mag and gun as green gas, but it is cheap and can be bought at Walmart for 10$ for 2 big cans. Do note that you have to also buy an adapter for the mag to can.

@@Ex0dus24 You can cancel said contract because these sponsors are done in good faith. It's a scammy deal, and any lawyer should be able to beat it hands down. If other KZreadrs are jumping ship, and have already quit making videos when they were contracted to do more videos, I think he can do it too. So yes, it's a contract, but it's a bad deal. Which should nullify the contract when it comes out that Established Titles aren't the company they claim to be.

Regardless of wether it is a scam or not, it does say what your supposedly getting.
