If you are a savvy travel digital nomad like me, with the start of the new year, you're likely planning which digital nomad destinations to check out in 2024!
In this video, I'm going to share the top destinations, from South America to Southeast Asia, of digital nomad hubs where I have lived for at least 1 month.
Since I thought having only my point of view wasn't fair, my boyfriend @RyanLeeBanks joined me, and we are going to rate each location based on safety, welcoming atmosphere for digital nomads, costs, activities, transportation, and much more.
We will collect points, providing you with insights and tips about these digital nomad destinations, and at the end, we will rank them from the one with the lowest rating to the highest.

I have to ask, how many issues have you had with critters? I live in Florida, so I'm a bit used to it, but we don't have Cobras over here!!!!

@@joshdh46 good question! I had zero issues with them & I’ve never seen a cobra. There are for sure, but they stay away from humans and, as long you don’t enter in a rice field barefoot in the night, you should be good. In four years around Asia, I’ve seen three small snakes in total, and a small one in the Colombian hills. Geckos are very common in Southeast Asia, but it’s good if you have them in your room because they eat mosquitoes and such, and they are harmed (actually pretty cute hehe). You might see some spiders, or you might not. I'd say it's more like 60% no, 30% yes, based on my experience. In South America, in tropical regions, they have quite the same critters, but in cooler areas such as Cusco, there are none really, or very rarely. If you are from Florida, you’re basically vaccinated against them 😄
