Honestly playing with low ping allows so much aggression 9 ping vs 70 is just such an insane difference that it just entirely changes how the game is played

I thought I had heard you previously coach people to finish pushing wave before going to dragon fight. Because it's fine to let other people blow CDs so that you walk in a bit late when major CDs are down. Maybe there's some specific timing nuance. Or it applied to a specific lane. Or I'm mis remembering. Either way, it does make sense to ignore wave in favor of late game objectives though.

It's just one of the regional differences. Everyone is constantly looking to fight and outplay the opponent in Chinese/Korean servers, there will never be a case where you ditch your wave to join the fight and then your team just backs off because noone wants to commit. NA/EU on the other hand, people are way less likely to just hard engage in the first place so more often than not you will have the time to finish off the farm and still make it to the fights.

I had mentioned rapid fire cannon during that Ruler vod you were watching and it seems even without nami they build it. In fact, it's not only Ruler if you look at all the chinese and korean pros they build it after galeforce sometimes skipping dirk. I've tried it and it feels good but you definitely do less damage than just going collector second... even nemesis commented on ruler's build saying rfc second makes no sense and you should just go damage so I'm not sure I understand it tbh. yeah i played a lot of Nami in ranked, and i rarely see anyone build RFC. the most common build is Gale -> Collector -> IE
