@@jarrettgeis1600 yeah but when you try to go to a 3070 or a 6750xt you will have to upgrade your cpu, maybe motherboard, so prices will be higher than rhis build. Imagine having a 4080 and having specs from this computer. Doesn’t make sense

​@@SubscribeToMeForCookie it make sense because the price of a GPU shouldn't be twice as much as a decent gaming PC, even if the GPU is capable of gaming at 4k .. if you want a PC that can play game at 4k you can build entire PC for $1000 with 6800xt, that still cost less than the 4080

RX6600 is the new GTX1060/RX580 for the modern age. Good performance and a good price. It's cards like these that are the actual most important because they're the cards that bring the masses into the PC gaming eco-system.

I would love to see how much you can squeeze out of $2k. I know that's high, but the struggle will be in how to maximize performance while still getting some amount of bling. $2k can give you both, but it can sometimes be a struggle depending on your tastes and when the budget is high, but not infinite.

good and concised review emphases on the most important aspects, eg XMP.

ive recently been studying pc's. this channel is amazing and i have learned so many things. im definitely going to look at the components from this build when i build my first pc, its a great price as well and im astonished by its performance.

This helps so much. As a 14 year old who builds for my friends, this is so useful. They all ask me for best budget builds. I was blown away by the performance of the pc you build and I’ll definitely be taking inspiration from your parts list. Hopefully soon I’ll try to send in my setup to setup wars. Still a work in progress!

I've built 2 pc for my friends, 3 in total. My first at 11, then 12, then 13. One a year. I'd say I'm pretty good my pc was £480, one was £2300 and the other was £400. I did well on all of them I'd say, the 2300 one is especially snazzy. The rgb was a fucking pain though .

Thanks Ed. You are the best! My son and I are building something very similar. Same GPU (got it at $190) right before Thanksgiving., We went with a Ryzen 5600, and decided to splurge on more fans, cable exts, and PC cooler. Can't wait to finish it up on Christmas day!

@@nacarey6561 It went great! A whole lot easier than I thought it would go. Thanks to KZread. Only thing is the power button didn't function on the case. But we routed the reset button to be the power until a replacement arrives.

@@_ZERO the price was fluctuating the past few months. From $225 -$340. I got lucky and was able to catch it right after Thanksgiving on a 2 day sale. Awesome thing is it also came with 2 brand new games with the deal. Callisto Protocol and Dead Island 2 which comes out in April.

Love this build though. I use the same one except I have a Ryzen 5 3600 and Gigabyte B450M DS3H WIFI Motherboard with a ASROCK RX 6600. I also use a Thermaltake H18 Case with 2 extra Artic Fans for Cooling! Also if you buy a Thermaltake SMART 700W Power Supply, it is $49.99 US Dollars on Amazon Right Now!

Why don't you push the removable tabs for the graphics card out of the case instead of inside? That way you don't risk hitting the motherboard components

Great budget PC build Ed!

Damn that performs well. My budget range is also in the 600$ or 30-40,000php range as well but the specs are: r5 3600, rx 6600, 2x8gb 3600mhz tforce delta rgb ram, 650w 80+ gold MWE v2 master cooler fully modular psu, and montech sky two case. I'm still waiting for a green light from a company I've been waiting a response on.

Hello. What video card do you have for this build?? My video card is already several years old - Asus gt 730 2 gb for $40!!! with passive cooling it is now enough for old games and video editing for KZread and other social networks. when I bought a New Asus 1070 8gb on the Internet, the Far Edge 5 test showed 89 fps instead of 14! But if you don’t take heavy games, then 730 is enough for most tasks....

$3000, that’s the amount Im aiming for. Do I would greatly appreciate an example or what to look forward to when building my first pc

my pc is on the same case, I love it, the looks are incredible, soon upgrading to a better mobo/cpu/ddr5 kit probably with an aio but the aresgame aircooler gets the job done

The vids I love the most is pc building vids and setupwars

This is the first time we have seen Series X performance at a price that is close to the Series X. Probably wouldn’t compete as well at 4K though.

I build this same exact pc build with the exact Deepcool case but I used a semi modular psu and bumped up to a i5 12400 and a Asus b660 motherboard rest is pretty similar. 16 gb Ram in dual channel and a rx6600 that I got slight used
