@@RGTMoro Why postpone it? I have at least one breakdown per month, and the conclusions I draw from them are always helpful. Usually, those conclusions always comes down to one thing: Self-improvement. Those breakdowns always show me what's wrong with me and always motivate me to change for the better. Is not easy, but its necessary. Playing games all day long, 24/7, will only take you from bad to worse. Postponing something that you will have to inevitably face anyways is not the way. You need to go through it. And the sooner, the better.

Cause i tried to distract myself but my body eventually suffered the price, it was due to prolongued stress throughout the years, and I'm trying to heal from the stress while also being forced to live alongside it. I hope yours isn't ever going to be like mine, but even letting it out in private is better than being a ticking Time bomb
