One Year in 17 minutes is by far one of the most revolting, over-processed videos I have seen. Upon first watching I thought, "Ok, this is what any B+average MFA in Photography would take. 2nd viewing I became sick both physically and Philosophically. If people think these highly saturated skies moving swiftly across a low horizon = what others wish to see then they should return to Video 101. This video has all the wrong things down patently. They now need to learn what should be done to express finesse, observation of what real clouds look like and why we love them. As a Professor I would have given this a C+

Strongly suggest following channels: Yuri Palma, Dustin Farrell and Timestorm. Palma's contents are based on different techniques, his Motion videos collection is, by far, best in class. Dustin has best USA timelapse, while Timestorm has some uncomparable Timelapses like Calbuco

Timestorm Films are simply amazing. 1080p is great, but If you have the capability, the 8k videos are beyond stunning.

Why 1440p instead of 2160p (4K)? 1280×720 (HD, 720p) 1920×1080 (FHD, Full HD, 2K 1080p) 2560×1440 (QHD, WQHD, Quad HD, 1440p) 3840×2160 (UHD, Ultra HD, 4K, 2160p) 7680×4320 (FUHD, Full Ultra HD, 8K, 4320p) Not finding fault ....just curious.

Timestorm and others are very simply caught up in their own lifeless, dreamless world. If they cannot see anything of interest here and now then their Walt Disney-Pink Narcissus world view is both lacking in an understanding of the basic's of art and an insight into how to get ideas out and to a public. Relying on cheap thrills and over-processed film it seems to me that these who support this team have as little a concept of what goes into a real world so they become excluded from film-making. And this film is not made well. Swirling Prussian-Blue storms are a thunderous green in 1/2 of the screen while a black to grey in the other 1/2. If one is to over-process at least do it well. Seeing this once again and after a number of months i can say I would give them the same C- I thought before.
