Bessey Accessories with Bremen Clamps

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I bought all of the accessories from Besseybto see if they work with Bremen parallel clamps. They worked just as good we the Bremen parallel clamps as they did with the Bessey Parallel clamp. Here are links the what I bought.

Good Video about the Bessey extenders. I own mostly Jet Clamps and found on line that you can inlarge the hole on the Jets and they will work. The best price I found on buying was Home Depot, with my 10% Military Discount got 2 Clamp Extenders and the Angle adapter for $42.03. List was $16.19 Extenders ea. & 13.99 ea. Angle Adapters.

I would get the 20% of coupons from Rockler and order the 4 packs. The Bremen are still cheaper and work better.

Thanks for trying those out. I've only got a couple Jorgensen parallel clamps, but when I need more, I will try the Bremen.

Any parallel clamp is a game changer over other clamps. Jorgensen make a good clamp. If you do get some Bremen post a comment with what you about them. I am always interested in other people's opinions.

The Besseys haven't came off the rack this week. The Bremen are my go to clamp.

They seem to only have 2 of each every time I stop by. I think I am up to 16. You just reminded me I haven't stopped by the week. Maybe I should head there also.

Thanks for your video, very helpful. I have both clamps and was wondering if the Bremen clamps would work with the Bessey accessories.

Scott Markwood of “My Growth Rings” has a video of the WEN track saw. He too had the same results. I’ve watched other videos of the new Bremen clamps. From their results and yours they are indeed excellent. Very good videos you’ve made. Thank you, John.👍👍

For some reason I always thought Wen were cheap tools, I guess because of the price. I got to looking around and I had a couple I had collected over the years that I bought when I needed a special tool that I was not going to use much. Everyone of them have worked better than expected. I am going to do a couple of more videos on Wen tools. So far the Bremen clamps has out preformed my Bessey. The test will be if the hold up after years of use. Only time will tell.

Did you by chance check the plane on the HF clamps using the Bessey extenders? It looked like the clamp bars arched up near the extenders.

I was just putting them together to get a measurement. They should be tightened with a wrench. The bar is rounded, and the bracket has the same shape. If there was any bowing, it was because they weren't tight.

Thanks for the offer. I never intended to be a youtuber. Several people that had been to my shop said I had a bunch of homemade tool they never seen so I decided to share what I have done I hopes it might help give someone an idea. I never intended on making any money so I was keeping expenses low. All videos have been shot and edited on my phone. I just recently monetized the channel. I have not made enough to pay for it but I can now justify spending money on improving the channel. New laptop was delivered Friday and 4k camera should been in today. The plan is to start editing on the laptop and I will be purchasing software for it. What is different with my shop is a lot of channels the tools and shop is to make videos. I build and make things and try an squeeze in a video in-between projects. I can only assume I give out helpful information because I doubt anyone watch for the quality of my video skills but I am improving them with each video. I am always open for suggestions.

What do you men "glide". If it is setting on a table, you should be able to just push it to close. To open you have to lift up on the handle.
