Rob Thomas is really an incredible artist. Yourself or someone like you was all my step dad listened to when I was a teenager and I didn't really love it at the time but later on I realized how great it actually was. For me matchbox is kinda like Eminem in that I hear one lyric from them and the entire song comes back to me. good cover mate, cheers.

Yeah, he’s a great songwriter. It’s cool that the band had massive hits with surprisingly solid lyrics that covered interesting topics. One of those bands that always takes me back to the late 90s and early 2000s. Thanks for listening!
