Just wanted to include one thing that education is also free for college which is 16-18 years of age and this does apply to dependants . So in conclusion education is free 5-18 years. This information only applies to state funded schools and colleges. There are some private schools and colleges that you have to pay to go to

Just one question- like I have got a 4 yrs Tier2 uk visa , can my wife ( dependent ) apply for shorter period say for 1 or 2yrs only initially ( not for full 4 yrs ) . So do we have option to apply for 2 or 4 yrs dependent visa ? Or there's no such choice and have to apply for 4 yrs only since main applicant is having 4 yrs of visa( or CoS)

Hi, I have been abroad for seven months after arriving UK I got into a employment so far it has been 6 months and I have been with two different employers with no employment gaps. Do I need to be employed for at least 12 months and use only 6 months of payslips from same employer to apply for the UK spouse visa?

Hi, thank you for the informative video. I am a masters student in UK and my course will end by sept,2022 but as per BRP, visa ends on 20th Jan, 2023. So, can I marry and bring my wife in Nov/Dec 2022 on student dependant visa or Is it like I can only bring the spouse till the full time course I.e., Sept 2022?? Please suggest.

So, after getting new unconditional offer letter and cas for the same course and from same University, could we will be able to travel UK with our current visa(which is valid till january 2022) without any issue?...please Reply

Giving the current COVID situation your vignette is valid for 90 day. Withing this frame you can definitely travel, provided you COS number is same. Sponsor can add sponsor comment in COS stating new date of start. That will not impact your existing vignette.But make sure you get the existing COS (against which you secured VISA vignette) update with notes from Sponsor end.
