I don’t see being alone as such, I’m with myself, my best friend, the person I love the most, the guy I look up to, the person I’m shaping physically, mentally and spiritually. Finding who we are, living the present and being comfortable with us “alone” is beautiful. There’s always friends and family we share with, but that special time with ourselves is precious.

I love muy husband and my kind a lot, but I sometimes I need my solo time so hard as I need to breathe, it has been difficult for my husband to understand this, but I do not feel any guilt or regrets, I came to this world alone and I will leave it alone too.

Dear doctor, I had a long isolated time in my room, didn’t meet friends and barely talked to anyone. I walked alone in the park and tried to practice mindfulness. But I also recognize that I need people interaction to re-charge myself. If I have to keep in touch for too long, I can feel exhausted. But a completed life without people and truly become the best friend of myself is something I couldn’t reach yet. I am interested in the way you said that we can actually heal our inner problems just by being alone and listening to ourselves. I really want to know more about that powerful method. Because I sometimes there is no way that I could fix my anxiety, I could not escape to the wood, travel to a different place because of my current conditions. So that spending time alone inside my apartment just killed me even worse 😂

To uplift and encourage you. One day, out of the blue, I understood completely how much God loves and cherishes me as I am. So I invited him to fill my heart with His Love and Heavenly Peace to overflowing. I felt his love surround me like a warm comforting blanket. I no longer worry about what anyone thinks of me. Whether they like me or not. Care about me or not. Knowing Jesus loves me by dying on the cross to save me from hell is more than enough for me! LET THE PEACE OF CHRIST RULE IN YOUR HEARTS, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful (humbled and his disciples of peace). Colossians 3:15 NIV THIS IS HOW PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AUTHENTIC CHRISTIANS! AUTHENTIC CHRISTENS CAN SEE THE DEVIL MASQUERADING AS AN ANGEL OF LIGHT WHEN THEY HAVE JESUS IN THEIR HEART. HIS PEACE REIGNS SUPREME. THEY FOLLOW HIS TEACHINGS OBIDIENTLY. FALSE TEACHERS DO NOT AND MIX WORLDLY TEACHINGS WITH GODLY ONES. My heart is filled with so much of his heavenly peace that it overflows with heavenly love. I feel so loved and cherished. NO ONE AND NOTHING CAN EVER HURT ME AGAIN! Now, I am at peace with everything and everyone in my life. I can even forgive and bless my enemies! If you haven't already, I encourage you to invite him! He is knocking at the door of your heart waiting for you to open it so he can embrace you with Heavenly Love! JESUS SAID keep your mind on him and he will keep you in perfect heavenly peace. I am now centered, grounded and balanced in Heavenly Peace. NO ONE AND NOTHING WILL HARM YOU WHEN JESUS IS IN YOUR HEART.

I can only wholeheartedly agree with that. I had the same thoughts too. Being alone is sometimes good and important - but with Jesus in your heart - then all emptiness is filled, no matter how hard life is sometimes, and whether you are alone voluntarily or involuntarily.

My soul is raped. He truly raped my soul. The man whom I thought was my best friend, ended up raping my soul. I am consumed and debilitated with pain. I die. Just absolutely die inside. I am suffocated and bereaved. I am alone and terrified. I cannot breathe. I do not breathe. I truly want to die. I can no longer bear this pain and panic and loneliness. I'm in hell with no escape. I'm drowning. I'm suffocated. I'm all alone. So very very very alone. PANIC ATTACKS FLOOD MY BEING. Every moment of every day: PANIC PANIC PANIC. The past rapes me. Rapes my soul. He raped me. He raped my soul. HOW THE FUCK COULD HE DO THIS TO ME? I am submerged in rage and grief and terror an panic and SEVERE PTSD. SEVERE SEVERE SEVERE PTSD. I'm so all alone, and all I feel is trauma. I am abandoned and betrayed; discarded. LIKE GARBAGE. I thought he was my best friend. Debilitating paralyzing panicked pain: My best friend abandoned and betrayed me. I am suicidal and despaired. Desperate. Breathless. Hyperventilating. However, in the midst of this, I've learned these lessons: - what him and I had: was an AMAZING BEAUTIFUL adventure! for whatever reason, it wasn't meant to last... I'm grateful though, to have had it for the 17-months, that we did - everything happens gradually then suddenly... - children make everything about themselves, adults still do the same (very erroneous) - I'm better without him because I want TRUE LOVE, THE REAL THING. THE FULL MEAL DEAL. he's better without me because he wants 100% focus on his businesses and moving off-grid. ultimately, eventually: we'd just be in each other's way... - NO MORE: Victim mindset - NEVER talk shit about myself - stop comparing self to others, put self on a pedestal - stop taking shit personally, he has his wounds and traumas and insecurities, too! - standards and boundaries - inner child healing - prioritize self - be how you would be as a confident person - be in alignment - me and my two sisters are the generational curse/trauma breakers in our blood line...🔥🔥🔥
