when i first started, i did 30, the next day did 60, then remembered goggin's 60% rule; so said fk it let's do 100, and i did it. 4th day did 130 non stop while listening to goggins shouting who's gonna carry the boats and the logs. + They actually don't know me son. Over all i wasn't impressed, just exhausted.

I’m 59 years old and I’m asked quite often what I do to be noticeably fit at my age. Answer - burpees and kettlebells.

I skipped this part in order to avoid dynamic loads on my joints. In this challenge I have started to do 100 very basic Burpee's a day and it was about clean execution. There are many variations but as usual one should do what one is capable of doing:)

Yes sure! I did it daily but took every 7th day off. However it is more efficient to have more rest days in between as rest is important for your body. Please note that a 30 day challenge like this is nothing for a mid or long term basis. It rather form perseverance.

Awesome feedbacks and I already incorporated such elements, thought now about implementing more movement-style elements. I recently moved to Australia and unfortunately there is no cold water around at all😁 back home in Germany I did my cold shower everyday and I can only support your suggestion. Thanks! Awesome comment

Why do i have to hit my hips before going down?

  • @Pushment

The stomach hit makes you contract your belly (if you hit your abs). I did it in order to maintain the same speed within the set of 100 burpees!

The purpose of stomach hit is to call you out your animal aggressiveness to keep going more and more.. If you don't take burpees serious will cut your soul or sharpen it .. Remember that Burpees are no joke that's why nobody love it, it's reserved to the warriors.. only. #KEEPITBURP..EZ.

Just to make sure that I maintain good form. After around 80 reps the moves get a bit untidy and when you jump you may injure joints or your back.
